Company looked at job and referred another company (Freeline) to make repair. Sledge indicated Freeline would after accessing job to quote a price. Freeline did some work then called with a bill and to inform job was complete. They were paid. However issue was not resolved and both Sledge and Freeline failed to follow-up and to resolve the issue. Unprofessional and non-responsive.
