Sledge Total Protection

Called at 9 am and technician was at my door by 10 am and finished repairing by 10:55 am. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and what he was doing to fix it. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and i have been impressed on both occasions.

I’m always very satisfied with the service I received from Sledge Total Protection! They have helped me during emergency situations and now I use them for all my HVAC needs. I trust their technicians, they are knowledgeable in what the are doing, they go over step by step what is happening and what is needed. Their customer service is great from the initial phone call all way down to the when the technician leaves your home! I would highly recommend this company for all your HAVC needs! Ernie Tolbert

Although we initially had a bad delay in getting the necessary parts to fix our air conditioner,
the finally outcome was great.
We were scheduled to have the repair completed today between 3-5 pm. Got a call from Josh early this AM & the techs were here at 9:30 am.
Very professional techs came here & the temp has already dropped from 87 degrees at 7am to 75 degrees. We keep the temp at 72 degrees while home.
Thx again Sledge Total Protection for a job well done.

I had a MAJOR repair to do on my furnace 11/1/18, and thank GOODNESS for Sledge Total Protection LLC. Tony, Patrick, and Josh all have been super amazing and extremely knowledgeable about their craft. Getting rid of my old skool oil furnace and upgrading to electric have been the best thing that they could have suggested. Not only am I adding value to my home by upgrading I'm saving money on my bills in the process. What i love most with this company is they are not going to swindle you like other big companies do into spending alot of money, but they are very reasonable and talk you through everything being done, no surprises. Tony, Josh, and Patrick all were very attentive, professional, and efficient as well as being punctual. If I should EVER need anything else in their scope I'm definitely calling on Sledge!!! And recommending them to every1 I know. I thank them very much for the great work that they did and didn't leave a mess which was even better. Also LOVE how they utilize the footies when coming into someones home. That tells me they take pride in people's homes the way they do their own home. I am currently the Property Manager of Oak Park Apartments in SW DC. A heating emergency arose where four of my residents were without heat. I contacted Sledge and someone was on my property the same day. I was presented with a plan to get my replacement heating systems and cost associated with systems and installation. All leg work was done by Sledge. The job was difficult but Sledge got the job done very quickly. I was updated on the progress and also provided with HVAC information that I will definitely be able to use in the future.

Called to make an appointment for a service estimate. Date and time was set. I received a text massage the day of to let me know that the tech was in route which also contained an travel estimate and map of the route. The tech ( Patrick ) was knowledgeable and explained things clearly and performed the job in a professional manner. Very satisfied with the job done.

They were very professional and worked as a team. They also adhered to all covod-19 precautions., ie, masks, foot protectors. They also continually made sure to protect our hardwood flooring and other personal items.

The arrival window I was given was 11am -3:00 pm they called and said the tech would arrive late 5:00-7:00- he arrived at 9:30 pm and when the tech left he had fixed nothing . I felt ripped off for paying money to get nothing done ! I also took the day off work for nothing ! This company is unprofessional ams I would not use them for any services - ever ! If this is how the are for initial call them I can only imagine what they would be like for the full replacement.
