Updated 3/30/21- I was initially very pleased with sledge but recently had several poor experiences with them which has caused me to downgrade my ratings from 5 to 3 stars. I called to schedule an appointment and they didn’t show up. Then I called again to reschedule, specifically told them to bring a ladder so they could reach my A/C unit and they forgot the ladder. Then I never heard from them after that visit about what was wrong with my unit. I have since moved on to another service provider.

Sledge is has always been able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. They are punctual and have an app which allows you to track their progress to your house. The technician I have worked with, Patrick, is very knowledgeable and has always been able to identify the problem and repair as needed. They also take detailed notes and photos of each visit which is helpful for identifying any potential routine problem. I will continue to use Sledge for all my heating/ac repair needs. I highly recommend Sledge and Patrick.

Super professional! Great service!
It was a hot summer day and my AC stopped producing cold air. Sledge Total protection got me on the schedule the same day and with-in minutes of arriving, was able to diagnose the problem.
I will be using Sledge total protection for all my heating and Ac needs going forward. Most honest and hardworking company I’ve ever used.

Did a great job diagnosing and repairing our hvac system.

Sledge's technician showed up today and was outstanding. He listened to my issues, gave his recommendation, was thorough and explained to me my options. At the end of the day I was extremely pleased with my outcome. One other note, he had an apprentice with him and I noticed he explained in detail everything he was doing and why as we went along. Truly an outstanding technician.
