When calling in the reception was extremely professional and patient with my timeline. After 6-8 months of my procrastination All-Pro Services honored their original quote with minor increases due to construction cost increases. The installation went very well and professionally executed.

I contacted Lowes to inquire about installing/repairing a new HVAC system. All-Pro Services sales manager, Bill, contacted me via phone and text that weekend. The sales agent came out and gave me a complete and detailed diagnosis of my system and thoroughly explained all of my options in purchasing a new unit. He even ensured the system was available so that I can get it installed before the 90 degree temperatures that were coming over the weekend. The installation team was fast, efficient and professional. They greeted me with their mask, laid down a tarp in my basement to prevent debris from being tracked throughout my basement and cleaned up when they were finished. They kept me abreast of each stage of the process and tested the system before they left. It has been a full week and so far so good!

The two technicians were extremely professional, courteous and meticulous about their work. They even went beyond what they were required to do. Also, they listened with patience to any concerns that I had. The installation went well and they finished ahead of schedule.

Had All Pro Services maintain my heating/cooling system for over 5+ years. They are very professional. I've had to replaced a cooling systems and they have even done some plumbing work when I had to replace a faulty pipe in the ceiling of my utility room. I have been very pleased with their work. The technician have worked several hours and completed work all in a day. They were courteous and worked well together. The techs have always cleaned up after the completion of the work. Also, Ms Louise always called to let me know that someone is on the way.

I highly recommend this company. Bill R. and his company are responsive, professional and customer service oriented. The HVAC went out in one of my properties...of course it was hot and humid. I wanted three estimates. Bill came out on a Saturday afternoon to provide me with a free estimate. I had the estimate Sunday morning. Bill followed up Sunday afternoon to review and discuss...none of the other contractors did this. The new unit was installed on Wednesday. WOW! The install team did a great job. All-Pro Services were on time, on budget and on quality. Thanks Bill for taking care of us. This is a five star business.

While our HVAC system worked, it was old, loud, and not efficient. We had already repaired it a few times over the last couple of years and it was only a matter of time until it failed and we would need to replace the whole system. We are so glad we chose All-Pro Services to replace our entire HVAC system. They worked with Lowe's to give us a great financing option that was affordable, and moved quickly with the contracting and replacement of the system. Their work was done professionally and they finished the entire project within one work day. Our new system works well and is quiet and efficient ,and we couldn't be happier!

I had an emergency with my main water pipe and technicians were able to fit me in on short notice. They were professional and detailed explaining the issue. I recommend using this business for any A/C and HVAC needs.

I had a York central air conditioner and furnace installed by All Pro Services, Inc. in June, 2019. Bill Royston came to my home the day after I called their office and gave me an estimate. The system was installed after a few days. Thomas and the two technicians did an excellent job. They worked from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Thomas showed me the features of the thermostat and how to use it. They cleaned up after they finished. I would recommend All Pro Services.

It is hard for me to put into words how pleased I am with my furnace, air conditioner, and water heater installs. Bill Royston , the gentleman who prepared my quote was so knowledgeable concerning my job, answered all of my questions and even gave me additional referrals so that I could contact for other jobs that I have. I have never been in a situation in which I was able to say, "tell me what to do, I trust you"...but I was able to do so this time.

The team he sent to my house went over and above, delivering the job in one day (which I had no idea they would be able to do). Each and every person who entered my house was professional and completed their tasks well. They went over and above on my job and explained everything so that I would understand what was done. As soon as I look at my order form, I am going to add the other gentleman's name to my review. He was so great! He stayed until the job was completed, and then made sure that he explained everything he did so that I would understand. And they left the area in which they worked better than it was before they came...which is amazing.

It was a pleasant experience from start to the end. Bill Royston gave me the quote for 2 systems but delivered me with an upgraded system. The installers are very skillful and all 6 of them stayed till the entire job was completed. I will definitely recommend them anyone and to all my family and friends.
