Highly professional team from the owner on down. During the sales/proposal phase, the owner Bill Royston offered a range of options, explained the pros and cons of each, and avoided a hard sell approach. We elected to go with All Pro Services because they had the knowledge and experience and took the time to explain what the job would involve. The All-Pro team communicated in advance about their arrival time, arrived on time, and went about their business efficiently. They did a complicated replacement of an A/C system quickly and cleaned up after themselves. We are pleased with the result.

Lowes sent them for an estimate on a basement minisplit. Bill came in and told me he would recommend doing a whole system upstairs which we didn't want so I mentioned we were just looking to change the basement. He, being the least professional person I have ever encountered, just walked out of my house immediately and said if you wont do what I tell you upstairs I won't give you a system quote for downstairs. And left. Like a 2 year old. I am still shaking and surprised by such a poor level of professionalism.

The men came on time. They were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the area and hauled all of the debris away. They set up the trhermostat.

On February 18th, the air handler and heat pump in my home failed due to the motor burning out causing a fire alert. The fire department came and located the source of the alarm as the smoking blower motor. I went to Lowe's to see about having one of their HVAC contractors come out and assess the damage and the cost of replacement. I was referred to Bob Royston from All-Pro Services Inc. I contacted him immediately and Bob was at my home the very next day. He reviewed the damage and presented me with multiple options to rectify the situation. It did not take me long to decide on which unit to go with because Bob explained all the technical jargon. The temperature all day was in the low 30's and I was not expecting to have the installation completed as soon as it did. The forecast predicted 2" to 3" inches of snow for the next couple of days, however, Bob got me approved for financing and scheduled the installation for the next day. Although It snowed for most of the day, All-Pro Services had 5 technicians on site and got the installation done with no problems. The technicians were some of the best I have experienced in years and the follow-up to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction was great. If you happen to have issues with your HVAC, I highly recommend you call All-Pro Services Inc.

I called them out to fix my AC and heating that was not blowing to the second level of my home. If you use this service, be aware that you have 30 minutes for them to diagnose AND fix the issue. It's a charge every 15 minutes after. Our tech spent ~20 minutes diagnosing and left us no time to ask questions or understand what the issue was. He essentially was saying "It's an old home and there's nothing I can do." He said to try and find ways to keep air circulating. We basically had to find the solution of increasing the fan blow (which he was reluctant to do) ourselves. He did it an hour later and it's been working great since. He came to diagnose, offered no solutions himself, and was still compensated. Don't waste your time.

When I initially called about having work done at my home, they scheduler informed me that they do service Lennox Fireplace (in fact they do NOT). The technician came to my house, poked around at the fireplace and told me he didnt know what was wrong with it and then informed my that they dont even service Lennox Fireplace. I was forced to pay the $129 for the visit and NOTHING was accomplished. The technician wasnt even able to tell me what I needed to have fixed.

A day later, the tech called me and gave me the name of 2 other providers that can provide service on the fireplace. So I basically I paid the company to tell me to go see another company.

I have now called twice to see about refunding my money. The 1st time I was told that I would receive a call back... a week later, still nothing. Just called a 2nd time and informed the individual of the problem and was then instantly transferred to another persons voicemail without any explanation as to why.

I'm sure that this company is wonderful with HVAC, but customer service is severely lacking and DONT ever call them for fireplace services.

All Pro has maintained the heating and cooling systems at my several apartments for over 25 years as well as installing complete systems as they have been needed. This summer (2019) an apartment's air conditioning died. All Pro's wonderful Jerry came out immediately, diagnosed the problem and replaced the condenser and furnace the next day, causing minimal discomfort for the tenants during June heat. This is consistent with the superior service and professionalism I have always experienced with All Pro. I would not call anyone else!

I requested a quote to replace an HVAC. After scheduling the appointment, I took the afternoon off to wait for All-Pro. Instead of showing up for an assessment and a quote, All-Pro simply called and asked that I send photos. After reviewing the photos, I was quoted almost 10,000 dollars to replace the HVAC. I asked for an itemized quote. He was unable to provide one. I then asked the price of the HVAC system. He was unable to say because he didn't know the price; but he was able to give a quote. I pointed out that the HVAC which was to be purchased from Lowe's cost 2,500 dollars. I asked him to explain the nearly 7,500 dollars in labour cost (i.e. What is your hourly rate). To this, he explained he didn't know and that the "system" simply said it was 10,000 dollars. Needless to say, if you are unwilling to provide a written estimate, actually conduct an assessment, and/or discuss the cost. You shouldn't call yourself All-Pro. Semi-Pro might be a better name.

My girlfriend’s 85 year old DC home’s natural gas fired boiler system had been leaking a long time and a number of parts in the boiler were way past their service life. We also needed a new hot water heater as the old one was at least 20 years old. It was just a ticking time bomb. So we called All-Pro for an estimate of new heater and fix boiler as they had helped with getting the heat back on in the past. We were quoted two fixes, repair the boiler as best as possible or replace. Rick explained current code standards in DC versus Maryland and we decided to go with the higher standard installation used by MD. We live in home and may rent the basement and the safety comes first! One of the issues All-Pro’s master tech Rick informed us with our existing old chimney flue would not be sufficient for removing the hot gasses from both the gas boiler and gas hot water heater replacement units without a stainless steel liner. I consulted my brother in Upstate NY where he installs boilers. He is especially well known for trouble shooting the very high end efficiency boiler installations and also knows the pros and cons of using the standard high efficiency boiler that All-Pro recommended. He agreed with the SS liner to handle the hot water heater/boiler gasses and the recommended choice of the use of an easily serviceable boiler, where parts are available through most HVAC service firms. Rick’s team arrived first thing on a very snowy day and replaced the hot water heater but unavoidably the roof was too slippery to safely install the stainless liner down the chimney, so the boiler and liner were installed the next day with no increased cost. The room available for the installation was tight, but Rick reworked the pipes and flue vent pipes well to fit the small utility room. First rate work prepping all the copper pipes for soldering was evident. Much time was taken to explain the new thermostat and new carbon monoxide monitors. It wasn’t cheap, but the work done, efforts taken, and difficulties overcome were significant. Money well spent. My only minor complaint was Rick was kinda tough on his team, (I’m a softy - my brother does this work, so I empathize), but we have only positive comments about the end results.
