They were by far the best HVAC company I haves worked with in any state. Their customer service and most importantly, their quality of work is outstanding and after bringing in many companies to provide quotes for replacing my entire heat pump system, both the outdoor and indoor unit, complete climate services offered the best price and turn around time. Michael has been in this business with his family for decades and their experience and knowledge was evident when discussing my needed repairs. Their knowledge of working on row homes in the city was especially important when dealing with my 200 year old row home. The day the work was scheduled, Michael worked hands on with his professional team and even walked me along the entire process as they were working, never becoming annoyed at explaining to me what they were doing at each step as they took great pride in their work. I’ll always use this company for my HVAC needs.

Highly recommend Complete Climate Services for any AC/heating needs! They are professional, communicative, honest and reasonably priced. My AC stopped working and Chris took the time to thoroughly explain the issues, my options and what to expect. When my AC condenser and a coil needed replacing, he went out of his way to address a warranty issue with the manufacturer so I could get a completely new unit for free, in order to save on labor costs and get me the best deal. Michael at the office was also very helpful and responsive with my questions, offering advice until my service appointment and with scheduling appointments quickly!

This company is incredible! I had been quoted an expensive repair bill from another company, and am so glad I got in contact with Mike - who was kind enough to listen to my issue before visiting. He checked over my unit and repaired my AC in record time for a much fairer price! Very professional and I will absolutely be using Complete Climate Services for all my future repair needs.

Michael and team are incredible! He came to the rescue with a simple fix (and a bit of HVAC advice) when our heating gave out in frigid weather.

I ended up contacting Complete Climate Services after another HVAC technician came out, but never did the repair work. Mike and Chris were super responsive, and Chris came out later the same day. Not only did Chris discover that the previous technician misdiagnosed the issue, he resolved the issue quickly, same day, and at a much cheaper price. Chris was also very professional, nice and informative. I definitely recommend Complete Climate and will use them again in the future!

We thought that Complete Climate Service were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Called on a Sunday and got called back within 15 minutes and a appointment within 24 hours. Mike was personable and professional and was able to fix on air conditioning on the spot.

Mike was one of the best technicians that we've ever had service anything in our house. Firstly, they came out very quickly during a heatwave. He was really patient and took the time to explain everything he was doing. He also made sure to leave a couple of extra fuses and send take care of a few things that were above and beyond what we asked of him. Would use again any time!
