On a lovely 20 degree morning, my HVAC system decided to go on strike...I called three Baltimore companies. One said they'd call me back when they opened at 8am (still waiting on that call), but this company texted me back to confirm my message's receipt almost immediately. As soon as I talked to Mike, he put me on the schedule and ball parked the cost. Mike arrived on time, with a mask, and with booties for his shoes!!!!!
This is a shoes-off house, so the booties are much appreciated. Mike was friendly, worked quickly, and walked me though what he was doing. When he went to buy a replacement part he came back immediately.

It was soooooo nice to have a company arrive on time and charge within the range of the initial projected cost.

I look forward to hiring them in the Spring for routine maintenance. If this first meeting is an indication of this company's quality, I think I just met my HVAC company for life!!!!

As a new homeowner I am upset, disappointed and hurt by the level of professionalism this company showed. Do not scam an individual based on a situation you are assuming is ideal for your profit. Please, do not hire this company, they are not honest and they are not trustworthy. Save your money and time.

I would like to preface this review by saying that if there was a lower rating option I would use it for this company. I am a first time homebuyer and know very little about HVAC and called this company because of their reviews here on google. My heater was not working properly so I called them for a service call, two very young gentle men showed up. One of them told me this was a company he had started with his brother and that they service the Baltimore area. They went downstairs to inspect my furnace and come back up 15 minutes later with the news that I have to have the entire furnace replaced and that they must shut it off. The only information I get is that the furnace is a safety hazard, old and that the entire thing must be replaced. What they wrote in the report were objects on the furnace that required to be replaced however no real or physical assessments were done.

I later on discover by getting a second opinion that the furnace does not need to be replaced and instead just needed to be reset.

I understand small businesses are the backbone of our society and thats why I chose to always support local but when you have experiences like this it really is a shame to see business like this scamming innocent people. Such a shame.

Super friendly, competent and fast! Got our AC running quickly after a breakdown, and performed additional diagnostics to make sure it was running properly. Would highly recommend!

Recently had Michael come out to diagnose my HVAC system for an AC issue. He had the problem pinpointed within 15 minutes and fixed within an hour, and that included leaving for a new part. He was able to come out within 24 hours of me reaching out to him, with clear communication throughout. He was personable and explained everything he was inspecting. He also didn't over charge for the job. Great experience, would definitely hire again.

Michael & Christopher are prompt, efficient and have reasonable rates. They were honest and professional when they did a preventive maintenance check on our system. We also had them replace our rusty, worn out coil and were very pleased with their communication and timeliness. Will definitely use them again!

When my AC broke they were very responsive, quick to come out to the house, willing to explain in detail all of the steps that they were doing, and when an extra part was needed that was not initially seen, they did not increase the price from the original quote. They also did not demand money prior to the work being done (something I rarely see with different people working in the home). Recommend without a doubt!

They came out the same day when my heat unexpectedly stopped on a winter morning. They texted to let me know they were on the way and give an exact ETA. They were professional and explained what had happened and how they fixed it. Will be using them for HVAC maintenance and any future needs. Highly recommend.
