This is my first time owning a home, and also living with an AC system. Christopher did a service check, fixed a leak, and repaired another part that wasn’t connected right. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Super nice, and even tried to make friends with my over-the-top fearful dog. Also very reasonably priced! Complete Climate Services saved the day!! After multiple companies wouldn’t even come out to check the system on the roof, Complete Climate Services put me on a call with an owner who was able to answer immediate questions for me. In addition they were able to squeeze me in the next day! Chris came and had the system fixed in under an hour. Every challenge that other companies wouldn’t even check was easily resolved by Chris and his associate. Hands down I would recommend them ten times over!!! I am forever grateful for their help and knowledge of how to keep the system in good standing on my own.

Excellent customer service and communication from the beginning. Had a new heat pump installed. What a wonderful group of young men; professional, knowledgeable, and courteous despite the 100+ temperature outside. I’ve recommended them to all my friends and neighbors.

Could not recommend them enough. On literal Christmas morning they came out when everyone else was completely booked. Never mind the holiday, it’s also the coldest weekend in a decade. Seriously, they’re life savers

My AC broke on the first hot weekend of the year. They were able to come out the next day, on Sunday, and even though they didn't have the part were able to get it running until the part gets ordered. They did a great job explaining exactly what was going on and what was wrong.

Update: I ultimately chose to get a new heat pump. I got quotes from three companies and chose to work with this company again. With getting a quote, they were communicative, not pushy, and allowed me to make my decision without any pressure. They installed the heat pump exactly when they said they would, were courteous, and cleaned up everything nicely at the end. Would definitely recommend them to others.
