Beltway Air Conditioning & Heating

Very happy with our service contract with Beltway. All Techs who have come to check or fix issues with our HVAC have been professional and thorough. Levitt, Ryan and Moe recently had to come back multiple times to troubleshoot an ongoing issue and came to a resolution. Appreciative of the easy scheduling and customer service.

Levitt was patient and thorough. We bought this home in December. After Beltway was suggested to me from a friend, they replaced my moms entire system in Clarksville. Great work. They also followed up with her to make sure the system was ok. It was a no brainer to have them out to my new home. I would recommend them to anyone! So impressed.

I have been using Beltway for almost 1 whole year now and I can honestly say they are a fantastic company all around! Everyone I have dealt with from scheduling to the techs who have come into my home have all been extremely professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Jason Griffin was my tech today and he was absolutely wonderful! This is my first home, so he happily answered my questions and walked me through how the system works. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He definitely has made me feel more confident in my system and very pleased that I chose Beltway.

Moe was awesome! He's my HVAC guy from here on out. He took the time to educate me on how things work and cleaned my AC unit up real nice. Really glad that I reached out to this company, and extremely satisfied that it was Moe.

My AC was leaking badly in my basement. I called Beltway and was able to get an appointment the next day. Moe came early and was kind, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my issue and offered me a very reasonable maintenance plan, which I selected in order to save money and have security in a smoothly operating heating and AC system. Thank you!

I had a complete hvac installation and am very pleased with service. Technicians were thorough and professional; office staff professional, pleasant, and very responsive. Answered my questions via phone and email. Would I use Beltway again? Absolutely!

I had a new HVAC system installed last September by a different company and it seem to work fine, but I didn't use it that long before the weather turned cooler. The heat was fine all winter, but once it got hot outside and I turned the A/C on the pipes in my basement kept frosting up and the air would blow out cool instead of cold. My unit was under warranty but I had a really bad experience with the original installers and I didn't want them back in my house. I called Beltway Air Conditioning & Heating and Amanda got me scheduled right away. Jason came to my house and I explained what the unit was doing. He was able to figure out exactly what the problem was and had me up and running in no time. He also took the time to explain the problem to me in a way I could understand. I truly appreciate that and would highly recommend Jason and Beltway Air Conditioning & Heating.

Levitt was great! My AC went out on the first hot day of the year and they sent someone out within 2 hours of my call. I actually called another company first who quoted me a higher price for the service visit and they would have taken several days to get out for the repair.
Levitt explained the problem, offered me a few solutions, showed me the diagnostics he was doing and had everything fixed in less than an hour.
Would absolutely recommend and and will use them again!
