The worst company!!!
People in here are very rude,and not professional.
I was doing delivery to this place, and I was seating here for 34 hours.
First day they told me to come next morning 8.00 am because they don't have time for me.
Next morning they was sending all their trucks and even after my truck was untouched.
When I go to the manager. He told me that I have to option to fu**** live the please or to wait in the truck.
And I'm waiting for 8 hours already.
I will try also to post a video how rude they are,and how everyone just sitting, talking and smoking.

This place sucks poor customer service. I went to deliver on time, but the guy work on me, he starts unloading and stop at the middle. When I went inside ask him if am done, he was doing other job. He reply me "I'm doing both job so wait another 1 hrs" I keep waiting waiting but finally after such long waiting I got off that place. Never come back again to this place.

Employees of this hvac location are rude and were unhelpful. They didn’t offer to help me when I walked in the store and just stared when I walked into the store.

I was sent from NASA Goddard to pick up a product that we were told this location had. This product was supposed to be pre-paid for by our resource analyst.

When I got there and approached the staring personnel and initiated the coversation with one of the individuals that were obviously not busy doing anything else. I explained to him the product I was picking up and that it was supposed to be pulled for us to pick up. He grabs the stuff off the table behind me saying this is what you want but it’s not paid for. I showed him the email I received gave him bin numbers and the name of our resource analyst and he said it wasn’t paid for and continued to tell me we don’t have an account with them that it’s impossible for it to be pre-paid for. Even without an account he was willing to take a credit card payment from my management over the phone so there is no reason they could not have taken payment from our resource analyst and set the product aside. I felt like all these individuals wanted were to get me out of their store and I did not feel welcome there.

Looking at the product he gave me while trying to sort this all out I ended up leaving empty handed because the product he gave me Airseal Zero was not what we called about. We called about Airseal 22 which is not the same product!

NASA will not be doing business with Ferguson and all others outside of NASA my team and I encounter I will encourage they take their business elsewhere.

horrible company. they give you an account then close it. run you through the hoops and tell you to bring everything but your first born to restablish. tells its customers that unless you are a "Master" you cant buy materials. denied me to establish who i was and my affiliation to a well known hvac company. my attempt to secure an account was futal. no wander the company has been sold so many times. Trane, you may want to rethink your distribution supplier. i wont sell a trane equipment. ill talk customers out of them. carrier,and even goodman a much better company. credit department lady very nasty. threatens its customers. acts as if everyone is wrong and shes always right, says she is the law of the land. you all should go south before the wall like nabisco and johnson controls. pathetic business. ill keep my business to the web. much nicer people sell parts. buyer beware.

4 doors later they figured it out.but dont get hopefull. They unload other trucks while you're sitting there halfway done.only 3 hours and counting
