One of the lines on my a/c froze up on Monday night. SO i called these guys to come have a look at it. With my experience with a/c it usually means you are low on refrigerant. Well the guy comes to my house. Walks straight to the inside unit and opens the intake vent and shines his flashlight up at the evaporator coil. Never check the refrigerant or anything else. Proceeds to tell me I need to replace the coil that is trashed and it is a $1000 job. Well I told him no way. I mean he never even checked to see the refrigerant levels or anything. I had someone else come. Refrigerant level was fine and all it needed was the coil was dirty. Cleaned it and now a/c is working great. Apparently these guys feel they can claim what they want and no one will call their bluff. I would not recommend using them.

They were at my house within 2 hours of my call and they got my AC working again.
