Mr Julian is Great!!! I had a complicated problem with my A/C's motor & fan blades so Mr Julian ordered the parts and had my unit back up and running once the parts came in...and at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend this company!!!

It hurts me to post this as I considered J. Marin a good guy and neighbor. And maybe he has some things going on in his life, but I spent 15k on HVAC system that has never worked. I said as soon as it was installed that I didn't think it was working well with absolutely no air flow and was dismissed. "Oh it's just because you have a lot of sun exposure"...I ended up spending a penny on getting blinds and window film to block out all sun and nothing would get this house below 85 in the summer. I also noticed a leak from the unit after installation and was brushed off that it was nothing. The leak ended up causing my ceiling to cave in and J said he would pay for the repair to have it fixed. He didn't. I didn't mind that, but not having cool air was a big issue. I tried calling him every 3 months to see if he could come back and finally figure out what the problem was. He has ignored all my calls. The home is unbearably hot and I ended up installing window units and now I have an insane energy bill. I have called on a few other HVAC guys to come take a look at the unit since J has ignored my pleas for help. The other HVAC contractors have told me the duct work is horrible and the unit itself is a dud.

I've been a loyal customer of J.Marin AC for many years now. He's always been there whenever I needed him, no matter if it's at my home or business. He's the best hands down. I would highly refer his company to anyone.

These guys are great. Showed up shortly before scheduled appointment and promptly got the heat back on at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them for our maintenance service.

Called Mr. Marin at 6PM on Thursday and he was here at 10:30 on Friday morning. It was a complicated problem but he had my A/C back on by 4PM. Thank you Mr. Marin. I would definitely recommend.

Called on Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend 2018. AC Needed refrigerant. He was able to come out later that morning and refill with no problems. Price is fair.
