I highly recommend J. Marin Heating & Air Conditioning. They came highly recommended to me by a friend and I am glad that I called. They were friendly, professional and responsive. I did not have to wait long for a call back or for service, which is very important when your A/C goes out in the summertime! They were able to accurately diagnose the issue with my unit and rectified the issue relatively quickly. I was so satisfied that I recommended them to fix my neighbor’s unit, which they were able to get to in a matter of days, despite their busy schedule and the weather we’ve been having. 5 stars!

J Marin is the best. He has to be one of the most honest HVAC contractors in business. My AC went out this summer, and since my unit is older, I was prepared to have to buy a new one. It was just a fuse. My furnace went out this past week, and I was prepared for the worst again, but it was just a simple fix that took ten minutes. If you know nothing about HVAC like me, then you can trust that J Marin will take care of you like family.

The service was excellent I couldn't be happier. Mr Marin and his crew installed a new AC in less than 8 hours. A very pro work, efficient and quick. He himself took care of every detail and was supervising days later that everything was running well.

Very happy I went with J Marin for my heater repair! They went through the extra time to thoroughly investigate multiple components of the issues we were having and had us up and running in about an hour. They even came same day sparing us another day/night in the cold! Incredibly professional and detailed and explained everything so thoroughly in a way that made me understand the root of the issue and things we could do to help alleviate any issues we were having. I would use them again in a heartbeat and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Our air went out on a Sunday. I called several people but J. Marin was the first one to call me back. They were not able to come out same day but came first thing Monday morning. Super quick and efficient. They were able to get the job done quickly and very cost effective. I highly recommend them to anyone experiencing heating or cooling problems. They will diagnose prior to doing any work.

J. Marin has been the best experience I've had while working with someone doing repairs on my house. He and his crew provide high-quality work at a fair price. He and his crew are incredibly professional, genuinely nice, and J. takes the time to explain what's going on with your AC.

My experience: I called J. after my AC broke down. He came by immediately, diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He told me he would be by in the morning with the new parts to replace everything. He was there at 8 in the morning, repaired my AC, and called later that night to make sure everything was working correctly.

I recently purchased a home and bought a brand new 5 ton unit for the house. I hired an HVAC company to come out and install it but it never worked properly. I called J. Marin and explained the situation in depth and voiced my frustrations because I wasn't able to live in my brand new home because it was air conditioned. They came out the same day to assess the situation. He explained that the first company did a very poor instillation. He took pictures and explained the situation in depth until I understood. He explained that he would have to uninstall the entire unit and reinstall it because it was done so poorly. I trusted his assessment completely and appreciated his diligence in showing me proof of the issue.

The next day he arrived on time and he and his team corrected the issue. He explained his prices to me and his services are so affordable. I am so beyond grateful for his service. I slept at home for the first time because of their diligence. I cannot say enough kind words about this ac company and their owner. I would never use another company. I am beyond grateful!

I called J. Marin for Ac service on one of my properties. He gave me an estimated arrival time and even made it earlier than expected. He was very informative and professional. J Marin are the best Heating and Cooling company I have had the pleasure to work with. Quoted the job up front and stuck with the very reasonable price.

Fantastic job! My heater stopped working and Mr. Marin was able to fix it. He also called the manufacturer and found out that my system was still under warranty, saving me a LOT of money. I'll definitely use J Marin Heating & Air Conditioning again. He was prompt, quick and did a great job! And, he's in the next neighborhood over which is even better! :D
