I needed a whole A/C system replaced. J. Marin gave me multiple options, explained each one, and installed a new system quickly and for the agreed upon price. In a business with a lot of bad actors, J. Marin is NOT one of them! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Living in SE Louisiana, AC is a must. And when my AC started blowing hot air, I knew the heat that was outside was encroaching on my private space indoors!!! And it was time to make a call.

Mr. Marin and his staff were swift to assess the situation and render a solution.

A day after the call to Mr. Marin he was replacing and repairing components on my outside AC unit. Severa hours later and my space was onceagin COOL & I was ahappy camper. What was most pleasing about this situation is even after the repairs, Mr Marin checked in with me to see if all was well.

Thanks to Mr. Marin, I'm not inside a sweaty house and I am once again comfortable.

Was looking forward to working with the business given the great reviews and I hear it's black-owned. Unfortunately when I called to schedule an appointment they said they would arrive between 10a-12p and verbally gave me the minimum cost up front. I was told to text my contact information and address. After doing so, I never received an appointment confirmation. I took off a day of work and texted again for confirmation. I finally got through to someone around 12:30 and they said they were running about 3 hours behind from a different job.

I would have appreciated a heads up they were running behind, but I understand things don't always go as planned. I continued waiting for the remainder of the day and no call, no show. Highly disappointed.

Mr. Marin was SO friendly and helpful. He scheduled me for an appointment super fast and was very professional and did I mention friendly!? Excellent communication. Great customer and technical service. I know who I will call when something needs fixed again!

I totally recommend using this company. J went above and beyond to make sure that my 98yr old dad’s heating system was repaired properly, and in an extremely timely matter. He even installed a new thermostat. My dad’s unit is an off brand older unit, other companies would’ve probably just opted to sell me a newer unit instead of looking for parts, but J found the parts. Kuddos!! The Pricing was really good also. I felt for the amount of work and great service, pricing was very reasonable. Thank You Marin’s Heating and A/C♥️

I feel like there needs to be a rating system that exceeds 5, and much of what Julien does goes well beyond what is expected as a professional and highly responsive individual. I contacted him about a heating issue and he stated that he'd be able to come by the end of the day, and in the worst case scenario, tomorrow. He called back within 15 minutes, because he had to wait on an order for a later job, and "he was just in the neighborhood". His responsiveness is excellent, and his ability to problem solve is impeccable. After years, I still highly recommend.

I've dealt with AC repairs all around the country, and Mr. Marin stands out as an excellent, professional repairman. I wish I would have met him years ago. He explained the details of what was wrong with my AC, and he presented me with different options, with their pros and cons, while understanding my concerns about prices. I appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness. His prices were reasonable, and he came to my house immediately. He was extremely professional and a true gentleman. I'll definitely be calling him again for future AC needs.

Had me back up and running quickly on Mardi Gras weekend of all times for my hvac to go out. Woke up with frozen toes but now I’m toasty and warm.
