Mr. Marin was excellent. Great Customer Service. He show me as a woman what he was doing from being to end and most people don't do that at all because they think women don't know nothing. He was on time and that is a plus. I well definitely be calling him again for all my future problems with my A/C unit.

Phone was always answered, arrived on time for estimate and subsequent work, friendly crew that answered all my questions and concerns, and got the job done right and quickly. The service was excellent and friendly and honest. Repairs were done quickly and we even had him replace the thermostat. He did not try to add on extra services which I appreciate, since my previous experience is with service people trying to sell twice yearly service. I highly recommend J. Marin. Obviously, we were in need of air conditioning repair. J. Marin showed up punctually, diagnosed the problem, and went the extra mile of driving to a shop for parts though the proprietor was not answering the phone. Marin repaired the ac in under two hours, charged a fair price, and was personable throughout. Our ac has worked perfectly since Marin tended to it, and so it may be awhile before we need to turn to him again. We owe Julian our lives. We thought we had a simple wiring issue with our Nest unit, but it turned out to be much worse. Julian and his crew sought out the problem, turned out our whole a/c unit was old and busted. Julian was able to walk us the through whole process of getting a new unit and installing it. He even upgraded our roof venting system. The whole crew was friendly, worked very hard, and used safety precautions. This was top-notch service that we would recommend.

Julian has saved our life. It's a long story, but we had recently remodeled our home and everything about the HVAC system was wrong and our heat was not working efficiently. Julian tireless did a stop gap fix to make it working while spending hours and consulting numbers others to make a custom solution. He outlined the work thoroughly and reviewed the scope with us. He and his crew arrived in time and completed the worker earlier than originally planned. His price was extremely fair for the quality of work and scope of the job. I can't recommend him highly enough.

(Next day for us) and very efficient. He does not try to upsell you, and gives best advice on how to keep an older unit running. I give his name whenever I can, and won't use anyone else.

Julian has serviced our HVAC for a second time a few days ago, and continues to be honest, comprehensive, and speedy. There was an issue with the blower and before he created a diagnosis, he relentlessly searched for problems that may have been linked to the miscommunication between the thermostat, the blower, and our AC unit. When he determined that the blower needed to be replaced, he gave us options and was transparent about specific parts, costs, and projections. He did a great deal of research on our obscure HVAC unit and tracked down a dealer that could provide us with a top-notch product. He ended up traveling close to Baton Rouge to purchase the part and it was installed before 4pm...he initially responded to my call at 10am. I was allowed to watch the procedure as he completed a pretty intense job without a crew in the most efficient matter. I'll continue to refer to him, and recommend him throughout the community.
