I called Stuart Services around 1:00pm today.
A couple hours later Jimmy showed up to help out with some electrical work we needed.
I was impressed that they were available today in fact the same afternoon. Jimmy was professional and courteous. I will definitely call Stuart again.

I had two problems - one simple, the second more complicated. He fixed the first in no time, the second we agreed to set up another date because it was more complicated and I didn't want my bathroom to possibly become unusable until parts were available.

Matt was excellent! He arrived early (they called first to make sure that was OK)! The job did not go as expected because our existing wiring could not power the new thermostat. Matt gave us options for how to resolve the problem, and we chose to have him pull new wiring (which required some drywall work). The work was professional and we knew exactly what was going to happen. We are very happy to have used Stuart Services and immediately booked additional work. Completely happy!

The technician was very knowledgeable and thorough. He was able to explain to me the problems I was having with my water heater and why it was happening. He didn't try to upsell me anything and made sure everything was satisfactory before he left.

Keith was probably the best hvac technician i have ever had, he deserves a raise an should be the highest paid tech you have. Period. Keith was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, very informative, went the extra, extra mile.. exceptional work on a recently poorly installed unit by a different company. Let me say I had a tech lined up at 10:30am that Friday. An was scheduled for 5pm for freon charge of 410a. But at 4:45pm recieved a call with them saying it would have to be Monday. In a panic called 6 other companies an was a no go. Even though Stuart's is on the south shore they did offer 24 hour service an by 6pm Keith arrived. He stayed with me for several hours till we found the actual problem when he was only coming out for freon charge. We then scheduled for him to come back an Tuesday , change the txv valve , he came back then, an the a/c has been clean an crisp, very cold since then. Thank you Keith I hope your exceptionally great work an great customer service doesn't go unnoticed. An Thank you Stuart's for sending us Keith. I highly recommend Stuart's AC. 👍🏻👍🏻

Found Stuart Services online. They switched our fuse box to circuit breaker. The office team is responsive, patient, and helpful with questions or any concerns. We were able to schedule service in less than 24hours. On the day of, CJ and Samantha, gave us the plan for the day. They both kept me updated on estimated time of completion. Once complete, CJ and Samantha took the time to explain everything to me on the new box. They even pulled an example of a switch so I could see and hear what it would feel like to turn it back on. I appreciate their professionalism and patience. Their expertise put me at ease. Would definitely come back to Stuart for future needs!

Adam E. did great work replacing a difficult underground storm drain. Great skills and equipment, excellent Customer-focused orientation to understand and resolve the issue and customer needs. Full service from quick estimates to cleaning up afterwards. Really rare nowadays.

today: replaced angled stops under kitchen sink for dishwasher (Bob emails before/after photos that really let one appreciate the difference.)
Last month, Bob came to edit the tankless water heater system, tucking pipes into the wall and working around the challenges of an old house with tight attic corners; he returned the next day to make one more adjustment which perfected water flow to the master bathroom. Great work always!
