Been a customer for over 10 years and still service is great. Juan and his service tech were courteous, friendly, kind and adamant about getting our unit repaired after finding it was more than just the coil that needed replacing. We're grateful to them both. I reached out to this business and within 1 day I had a technician assigned to do the work. Matt came by with a tech in training and they both were professional and friendly. They performed a diagnostic of my evaporator coil issue and took digital
Photos before presenting me with cost. I appreciated their promptness. I had an issue with the work order r riot listing in detail what was done and they were eager to assist and changed up the work order and resent the new one. Gladly appreciative. Thanks a bunch

Bob and the team were so amazing. We have been calling plumber after plumber even our own house builder’s plumber could not find a solution to our water pressure problem. I found Stuart on google and I’m so glad I did. They are very professional and do not leave your house until you completely satisfied with their work. It was such a relief having the right amount of water pressure if more than one person is washing clothes or taking a shower . We will be calling only Stuart from now on if we have an issue with our house. Also thank y’all so much for the cookies and yeti cup!

I purchased a hot water heater two years ago which came with a warranty. I also purchased the home safety plan which provides discounts on service calls. My request for service were scheduled which was very important to remedy the issue I was having. The fuses for the water heater needed to be replaced; I now have hot water again. I am thankful for the prompt attention to my request and the care given on the call addressing the non-functioning water heater. The water heater was checked with nothing found wrong. I am glad it was nothing more. An electrician also came out to check the breaker box and the disconnect box. Nothing found as to the source of no hot water. The hot water heater is fully functioning now. Thanks for coming out promptly making my Memorial Day weekend much better to have hot water. Thanks.

I called Stuart Services at 7 am on a Monday and Matt was at my door an hour later. I couldn’t ask for a more prompt response and a knowledgeable and friendly technician. I kindly asked Matt to speak to me like a dumb woman (I’m not generally stupid, but my HVAC knowledge is deficient). To my surprise, he laughed, I appreciate someone who can take a joke and continue on being professional.

He went through all the issues and options with me, and I was pleased with the solutions and the service.

I have known Stuart Services is a good company, now I know their employees are the fuel that keeps that legacy burning.
