The plumber who came here on 3/23/23 cut into an black iron natural gas line. Luckily the natural gas meter and main had not yet been piped into the building.
I’m most concerned with the fact that the plumber didn’t seem to know that a water line should not be black iron pipe and that he didn’t follow the line back to its origin, to ensure that it was a water line.
I consider us lucky that the main had not been pipped in yet.
Please understand, the technician was very polite and professional. The team came out today to unplug the natural gas line and reconnect it as it was. I’m most concerned with this not happening on a live natural gas line.

Stuart Services always tries to get someone out to fix the issue as quickly as possible. The folks who work for them are very sweet & accommodating, and are willing to wear a mask in my house because I am immune compromised. Adam came out to look at my sink today and was kind and helpful.

Juan & his partner were very professional & courteous They arrived on time & worked tirelessly to complete the job 100% Install was well done. Keep up the good work!

I have used Stuart Services for many years. My house has 3 apartments, I live in 1. So 3 Heat/Ac units, 3 bathrooms, 3 kitchens. I have used the plumbing, Electrical, and Heat/AC. The office staff, from first moments as the phone is answered, to the Co-ordination staff and the financial are excellent. The service crews, in each area ( electrical, plumbing, Ac/Heat) have all been not only efficient but very polite and clean working.
As an artist I need to keep my costs within my budget.
I recommend Stuart Services to all my friends.

William took his time in explaining the problem with our toilet. He is very friendly and easy to talk too. He came back the next day and installed our new toilet. Fast and speedy service!
