Stuart Services were professional, fast, clean—and they did a great job! I called Wednesday about our ancient, leaking water heater, and the polite scheduler sent a supervisor out the same day to inspect and write up a comprehensive estimate on the spot. A new heater was installed on Friday by guys who clearly knew their stuff. They took their time, did a thorough job, and cleaned up after themselves—and the hot water is back!

Stuart services were able to get an electrician out the same day as my call. Adam was fantastic. He was super friendly, explained what needed to be done and the cost, and was efficient in the repairs/replacement of a few exterior GFCI’s and a ring doorbell. I will definitely be keeping their number in my phone for any further electrical needs. Highly recommend!

Quick replies and gave realistic timelines. When Scott arrived at my home, he was super polite and conversational. He asked a few questions about the issue and took his time to tell me some possible outcomes. Once he fully diagnosed the issue he and Jack got to work. I went into the kitchen after they had been working for a while and found that they had completed the job and were cleaning their work area - actually cleaning it! Great service and a great job getting me out of a bind I created - just in time to cook thanksgiving dinner!

I called this service in a pinch one night- William had just finished his last job of the day, but came out to help me anyway! He was extremely courteous, professional and personable, and eased my worries. He efficiently repaired the issue and made sure all my questions were answered! He truly went above and beyond- even after regular work hours. I never write reviews, but I’m so grateful for William’s kindness (not to mention fixing my plumbing problem in a pinch!). He came out after hours when he didn’t have to and was so nice about it!!! Totally saved my night.
