Randy's Complete Conditioning

Randy's Complete Conditioning is by far the best AC Company we have ever used. Quick response and visit, fast diagnosis, fast repair! Our whole visit, changing a switch and a wire, plus checking out the whole system, was $200. Highest recommendation!!!

Addendum to the review of 3 weeks ago:
Since the service call of late June, the AC again encountered a situation in which no cool air was detectable. I phoned in and talked with Lee (I believe), and Glenn promptly returned to my house to evaluate the problem. I'm thinking there might have been a slightly different issue involved, but Glenn took care of it, and treated it as a bounce-back.
In over 40 years of home ownership (multiple houses), I've not dealt with anyone any better in any category than this outfit, either in north Louisiana or in Metairie. I give my unconditional highest recommendation to anyone considering Randy's Complete Conditioning.

Glenn showed up promptly with a smile on his face. He located the problem (air handler issue) within 10 minutes, and fixed it within another 15 minutes. After checking the temperature at the far registers, and confirming that my refrigerant level was good, he departed. A day later, the repair work has indeed solved our problem. We're very pleased with the result.

It was just the Saturday morning of a three day weekend when my AC went out in my apartment. My landlord told me their contact couldn't be there until Tuesday but that I could bring in anyone else could come in on a weekend.

Never having worked with Randy's before, I was treated like an A1 client. They were out at place later that day and had the AC back up and running along with a new functioning thermostat. Landlord was pleased with their work and prices.

Will use again!

Calling in an HVAC repair company can be a scary proposition. We don't understand how it works and don't know have a clue as to what it should cost. Randy's company has serviced my HVAC for ten years. I've always felt he had my best interest at heart and lived by his motto of "out to make a living not a killing." Most recently the folks who work with him proved the same is true of them. If something goes wrong they see it through until it is fixed. I don't know the names of all the guys who helped us out this past week but thank you to Lee at the office and Kurt (yes you too Kurt!) Sebastian and the other young men who came out to get our complex system going again. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic and share it. Highly recommend. Keep up the great customer service and the ethics guys. There's gold in dem der hills!!

Randy and his technicians did work on an AC unit in our condo complex. Randy and his crew purposefully capped our AC condensate line because it was connected to the downstairs units condensate drip pan. There was no consultation about this move, and when confronted he stated that he fixed his customers problem, and since I wasn't his customer it was now my problem. He threw in some extra insults and petty swipes as well throughout the conversation. I looked the company up on the Better Business Bureau of Louisiana website. Surprise! Not BBB accredited.
I would consider his shady moves malfeasance. And I wouldn't trust him to complete a job honestly.

I am so thrilled with the work that Randy and team did - replaced an air handler, fixed disconnected duct work, moved a thermostat and ran a new duct to a room that had never had AC before. All for less than a third of the price of the other AC company I called first! They were quick to come by for the consultation, got the work done in less than a day and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommend.

I called Randy's Complete Conditioning and Glen the service technician was here within 20 minutes, He had my A/C working within a half hour, He was very helpful and very nice, I will call them again.Thanks

I am over the moon happy with the serviced I received. After being robbed by Trinity home services for a problem they didn’t fix. I called Randy’s complete conditioning and they were at my house and fixed the issue in less than two hours from calling them. And at a fraction of the cost of what the other guys charge me and they didn’t even fix the issue. They will be my AC guys from here on out and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Randy's team was amazing, showed up quickly, did great work installing upstairs ac and running new vents. Such great service, and most importantly at a FAIR price. Google you should look at this for your recommended, after the first one I got from ym being $13000+!

Came out on a Sunday within an hour of the initial phone call, and promptly got our A/C cooling again. Great service from start to finish.
