I tried to be Ms. Handyman and thought I messed up my thermostat. I sent a message and immediately got a reply. Personality goes a long way in any kind of service related job and Derek’s company was appreciated. It turns out I didn’t actually mess anything up, but I am thankful because I now have a quality company to service my home for maintenance. Low price, excellent service, very educational. I’ll absolutely be recommending them to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Conscientious, courteous and focused on detail. No question I will have them back again because the service was extremely good and I was very impressed. Did everything they said they would do and then some. Derek was very professional, thorough and kept me informed about what he was doing throughout the entire process. They will be doing my maintenance as well. I highly recommend.

We were experiencing mold on all of our air returns from condensation build up. Alpha Air was recommended to me. Derek came out the same day I called. He thoroughly inspected our system and discovered that we had a mess of a system in the attic with the wrong sized ducts, an unsealed system, way too small air return, just to state a few. Derek and his team worked diligently in our attic and replaced EVERYTHING (entire HVAC system, all air ducts, all registers) and added 2 new returns in the ceiling to improve air flow. Everything is sealed up now! His team recently came back to finish balancing the air flow in our house. They do great quality work. They are polite, competent, and they always clean up after themselves. Our house is much more comfortable now. I'm very grateful.

Very responsive, and communicated when estimated time of arrival changed. Still honored commitment to run diagnostic and provide estimate for repairs on our unit. Very happy with service.

The best of the best!! Our AC broke and they were able to come out within that same day and had us all set up with a brand new AC system! It works better than it ever had.

This happened in late April:
Derek (owner) came over to do an assessment of my AC which wasn’t working anymore bc a surge blew out my compressor. He was very thorough with an explanation of what was wrong, explaining that I needed to get my entire HVAC unit replaced. I later found out from someone else that all my unit needed was a new compressor & freon…it’s working perfectly now. I paid him for his assessment & tipped him, with the understanding that he would send me an estimate of what all needed to be fixed so we could proceed with either an insurance or warranty claim. It took me a week to try to get ahold of Derek & when I did he would lie & say he was going to send me the estimates or claim he already sent them. He even promised to give me a refund because he kept ignoring all my attempts of trying to contact him & at this point it had been 2 weeks with no estimates & no A/C in Louisiana late April heat with a 3 year old. After that last conversation, I never heard from him again. I disputed the charges bc he tried to run off with my money. Very poor business practices & customer service.

Derek was very thorough after checking the refrigerator about what work needed to be done. The work area was thoroughly cleaned after the job . He stayed until the job was done and the refrigerator was back up and running. He sat and discussed the financial cost in a clear and precise way.

The team was excellent. They were very committed to getting the work done and ensuring things worked properly.
