Edgar came out at 9:30am on Father's Day Sunday and looked at my AC which had stopped working overnight. He took a look at the system and zeroed right in on the problem. He was extremely professional and clearly very experienced. I'd call them back to fix my AC in a heartbeat. Thanks for keeping us cool through this heat wave!

Edgar and his team came prepared to work and had every aspect of the job arranged like clockwork. Edgar pushed through even after unexpectedly becoming short-handed with his crew. He also accommodated an additional service that we thought was part of the job.

The unit inside and outside was set up with great care and looks neat with attention to detail. Ducts were carefully thought out and hung, not just laid on the attic floor. He explained the piping when asked and the thermostat. The job took longer than expected because a crew member had to leave but Edgar did everything to have the new AC running the same day.

I’d say clean up was about 98%, considering it was a long day. Everything that mattered most was 100%, quality of work, fair price, punctual, reliable, honest, friendly, organized, and hard working. Gracias, Edgar!

The service tech, Robin, arrived on time and cleaned out the drain from the condensation pan. He was very nice and efficient. We will be setting up maintenance checks with Nu-Air.

Edgar was polite and efficient. He quickly found the issue and offered several different solutions based on cost and need. Edgar and his team are amazing. Edgar will go out of his way to fix any issues you are having, he is very responsive and fair priced. My A/C went out in the middle of August with a pregnant wife at home and needed it fixed ASAP. I called Edgar late Saturday night, he picked up his phone, and came out Sunday morning at 8am to get it fixed. If you need an A/C guy, give them a call.
