Edgar is fantastic! Super sweet and professional, convenience of making appointment online literally at midnight for the morning and he was here by 1030am with fast service. Super reasonable prices especially for emergency weekend service co.pared to anyone else!

We have used NuAir several times, today they came out for a call out 10 mins later AC works unfortunately bill was 400.00 to clean out trash that clogged a line. Recommended maintenance but they have been to our home at least 3 times in the last year and a half one was for just maintenance. I’m going to AC repair school because 400.00 for 10 mins is a job I want.

These people are the best. I have dealt with so many AC repair places who have given me expensive quotes, attitude and have not followed back up with the repairs. Nu-Air is a game changer for me. They do great work, charge very fairly and are really very nice people. Glad I found them!

Edgar was fantastic! He got here quickly and fixed our problem fast and effectively. He was very friendly and professional. We know who we’ll call for any A/C and heating needs.

Contacted them this morning before 7am and left a message. They promptly called me back and scheduled an appointment for later in the day. The technician followed up twice throughout the day. When he arrived he was prepared and diagnosed and addressed the issue. He made a recommendation thy we install co2 monitors because the furnace was quite old. We really appreciated the recommendation and everything else he did. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Edgar is AMAZING! I got home at about 5pm to find my house at 85. I called him in hopes he may be in Metairie, and he was! When Edgar completed his job he came over and quickly replaced the capacitor. I was so impressed with the service that I immediately scheduled a tune up/cleaning for my system. I highly recommend NU-Air!!!!

Installed a new A/C disconnect box on a house we purchased. Estimate was fair. On the day of install, electrician was polite, on time, worked quickly, knew what he was doing. In and out in 30 minutes and our a/c was back on full blast. Five stars, will use again.

Edgar is great to work with. He takes the time to explain the issue and the options to repair. I have used Nu-Air twice and will continue you to call them for all heat/cooling needs.

The communication with Nu Air was fantastic. When we scheduled the maintenance visit, we received an email confirmation with the photo of the tech coming to our house! He was able to identify and fix our problem within an hour. We were highly pleased and impressed with this company.

If I could give them 20 stars I would! Edgar is very nice, quickly responsive and always willing to go above and beyond if there are any issues. I have been completely happy with him and his staff.
