We called Nu Air to conduct an inspection on the AC system for a home we are purchasing. Edgar came out and took his time looking not only at the system but also the duct work and building envelope. He gave us a comprehensive inspection report of areas which required immediate attention and safety concerns, as well as a heads up of what we should expect to repair/replace in the future. I really appreciate having an understanding of what is necessary now vs. what's coming up because this gives me the opportunity to plan ahead and make the best long term decisions. He was very respectful of the home and took the time to communicate the technical aspects so that I could understand.

Nu-Air did a great job on the replacement of my heating and cooling system. The job was done very efficiently to be sure our family was not without air conditioning. Edgar was on another call when I contacted him. He said he was not far from my area & would come over when his job was completed in approximately an hour. He came out just as promised &, due to COVID 19, was in mask & gloves. He found my A/C unit to be frozen. He went on another call with the promise to return to check the unit again to see if the ice had melted. He returned in about 1.5 hours & the ice had melted & was able to add coolant so that I would have air tonight. I would highly recommend Nu-Air A/C & Heating! They are professional, dependable, reliable, knowledgeable, & reasonable! I will always call them for my A/C & Heating issues!

Edgar was great. Showed up when he said he would.. diagnosed the problem quickly, had to run to his shop to get the right part and fixed it promptly. Great Job!!!

Hands down the best AC service we have ever received. Phillip did much more than just get our unit working. He identified and fixed the broken component but also traced the domino effect of components that lead to our AC going out. Our AC has never worked better and we will definitely be using NU-Air again. Thanks!

This is the absolute best A/C and Heating company I have ever used, and I have been through several. They go above and beyond what you would expect. I had a 22 year old HVAC system installed including the duct work.
