The service professional Eric Shaw arrived promptly and set to work immediately checking, testing, and cleaning the systems. He found everything to be in good working order and confirmed what I suspected: the units are about 15 years old and nearing the end of their normal lifespans. I asked whether we could go ahead and start looking at replacing the system, and he agreed to send me a quote in the morning after giving me ballpark ranges on different size units.

I couldn't recommend this company more! Called on a whim because none of the more established companies would be able to help with getting my AC back in working order without at least a weeks notice. I'm so glad I did because the customer service turned out to be untouchable.. I spoke with the owner, Emily, who told me she'd have to call me back. I honestly didn't expect to hear back at all, much less to hear back with the news that they would indeed be able to fix it AND SHE FIT ME IN THAT DAY NONETHELESS! The tech was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable! After the initial problem was addressed, he wasn't satisfied with the air return so he decided to re-check my outside unit and discovered another problem. Usually this would be devastating, however he had already reached out and informed me that his boss was on his way to deliver the part personally so it could be fixed! If anyone has ever found themselves without AC in the midst of South Louisiana's brutal summer temperatures, you understand exactly how amazing it was to have it fixed so quickly! I cannot express my gratitude enough! They've more than earned my business, both now and in the future! Seriously, THANK Y'ALL, from me, the pups, and the baby!

The installation team came when scheduled, and dismantled my old HVAC system. Performed a complete installation of new system inside and out including new ductwork. All done before 5 PM! I’m off-the-chain pleased. I got an itemized invoice at the end of job.
