It has been 3 months and I'm still waiting for them to finish the job. They installed an entire
heating and ac unit. The first day it was cold, the heat didn't work. When I called them they
were rude and refused to give me a time when a technician could come out. I was told there were many people ahead of me. Karen hung up the phone in my face.I consider it fraud to charge for installation of a new unit that doesn't work. When they installed the unit. They didn't even cut on the heat to see if itworked. I have been to Lowes and talked with the store manager concerning the sale of the unit and only given Karen's name to help. I have asked to speak with management and was not allowed.I have asked the salesman Sammie, Lowes store manager Blake, called T&T asking to complete this job over 7 times. I'm feel so cheated and disrespected. I will never do business with Lowes or T&T.

We live in New Orleans and they came out same day and fixed our air conditioning the first time and pretty fast. It wasn't even blowing air too. Best AC Repair Contractors in Louisiana in my opinion.

Unit was not blowing air, Taylor & Tyler tech Inspected my AC unit, they said everything looked good, but blower motor was dead, replacement needed, charged $900 for motor and cleaning. Three days later, unit blowing hot air, they charged $85 to come back out and said the AC was leaking freon, $10k to replace the unit. Called to speak to the owner to find out how this could be missed on the inspection 3 days earlier, he refused to call me back. Terrible company!

I've worked for this company for a good while. As an ex-employee there is nothing good i can say about the owner of this company. He says and promises you the world but acts in the exact opposite. His moto is don't leave the customers house until you've taken everything possible. He's been getting family, friends and employees to start writing good reviews and post them on all his sites. The only thing that'll be keeping his doors open soon will be his slum lord rentals.

Wonderful air conditioner repair company here. They show up on time and have fixed everything on the first try. The price has never been as bad like we just assume it may be. What more can you ask for from an ac contractor.

Excellent and fast service. They repaired our air conditioning in no time and it has been working great for over a month now. They found the leak and repaired it without having to leave to get parts. Well trained and knowledgeable techs here. The owner must be proud!

With a new baby on the way, we wanted to make sure that the air ducts in our home were cleaned properly. After doing a complete clean, Eric used UV lights to help kill any remaining bacteria and mold. You can really smell the freshness in the air.

Quick service on a Saturday. Technician (Matt) was courteous and explained my situation and options in detail. Work was completed in a timely manner. Would use again.

Fast service and everything is still working a few months down the line. Showed up on time and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend my family and friends here if they needed a new ac installed or just needed their ac repaired.
