We called and had someone at our house in an hour. Very polite and professional. Explained everything and answered all my questions. We had to replace the unit as it was 10 years old. We had a new unit installed in less than 3 hrs. Exceptional service and customer service! I highly recommend!!
Most of the reviews I've read are related to the home warranty program, which can be frustrating. However, Ray at Cavin's AC came out the day after I requested a service call, and made the repairs immediately when parts were available. They were professional and knowledgeable, and provided great service! Would definitely recommend.
Referred by home warrenty company should’ve checked the reviews. It speaks the truth. They started off great came right away gave a diagnostic ordered the part . The Company took a entire month to say the part finally came in , yet never called to communicate that to its customer or to schedule a appointment. only respond to the warranty company when they called them . they would respond with lies and promises about calling to schedule the appointment for the repair. I called from my number and other numbers with different area codes , no answers are returned calls from messages left . Im not sure why they are still in business because business shouldn’t be ran in this manner and shame on American Home Warrenty for referring them .
Ray was both swift and flexible. I was running late getting home he still managed to come by with no problem. Checked and washed my system, didn't attempt to sell me on unexpected repairs. In and out in less than 30 minutes!
This company was assigned via our home warranty HWA. We saw the awful reviews and were slightly skeptical but continued with the process. We submitted our claim yesterday at 4:30 PM and someone was at our house at 9:30 AM the following morning. We received text messages through the entire process with updates and info. When the tech arrived he was prompt and friendly. He checked everything out and showed us the problem and also showed us how to maintain it better ourselves so that we wouldn’t have to spend $100 for them to come out every time. Overall we had a fantastic experience with Cavin’s and would definitely recommend them.
Amazon Home Warranty assigned Cavin's AC repair to my claim. First, beware of Amazon, they do not work weekends. Delay #1. Two days later on a Tuesday, Ray Cavin calls and schedules his visit to repair my unit. Motor bad, need to order overnight. My thought is this means the unit motor will be in the next day as the service call ended at 10am. Next day, no call, no show. We call 4 times and leave messages. No call back. Two days after the alleged overnight order, 4 phone calls and no return call. Called warranty company to complain. Still no call back. Refuse this service provider, they are not reliable and not responsive.
Ray was dispatched through HWA. I placed a claim around 7:00 AM and he was at my home an hour away by 10:30 AM. I have 3 small kids and had no AC but Ray did what it took to get the repair made that day. The whole family very much appreciated his efforts. Highly recommend.
This is absolutely the worst place to do business with. Very unprofessional and keeps on telling you he’s gonna show up for job to do the work and never show. We have been waiting since June 14th for him to come out and complete what he said he was gonna do with no luck and it’s already September 8th. I’ve never heard someone with so many excuses and commitments and never comes through highly don’t recommend!
Our home warranty set us up with cavins ac and heating. They came out to look at our ac and told us they will order the part that was required to fix the ac.
