Darrell Moreau's Air Conditioning

Great customer service. I've used Darrell's service since 1999. He installed a complete A/C and Heating unit with ductwork in one day, for a reasonable price. He has since then come back to do any emergency service as needed, always in a very timely manner. I call and he shows up. Very dependable. I highly recommend Darrell Moreau.

My ac had been acting up for the past couple days. I called Darrell and they came out within the hour. Turns out the system needed to be recharged and now it's blowing colder than before. Fast response, excellent service and fair prices.

This man is a con. He installed an air conditioning unit and did not even go in the Attic to verify if the freon capability was compatible. The unit worked for a while and then started giving problems. We called two air conditioning companies to include Lee's over to inspect and diagnose the problem. Both air conditioning companies stated that this company had placed an outside unit that was not compatible with the inside unit. The owner also stated that he changed the Pistons in the inside unit to be compatible. Not only did he not access the attic because a vehicle was parked where the attic is located but both companies to include these stated that the Pistons in the air conditioning unit was the original ones and he had not changed it. I have heard complaints from other people in the neighborhood who has done business with this individual. Do not trust him.

Called set up appointment no show. called again set up appointment no show and no text or phone call explaining. Do not use this man.
