Mr. Kim came out to clean my A/C unit today, and I couldn't be happier with his service and expertise! He took the time to explain everything going on, what he was doing, and how I can do some maintenance of my own in between his service visits.

I had an obscene amount of dog fur in my unit, and he got it clean and let me know next steps for preventing the issue in the future. At no point did I feel talked down to or anything. You can tell Mr. Kim has been doing this his whole life and is passionate about sharing his knowledge.

10/10 recommend. He's definitely my go-to A/C guy from now on. If you're looking for the best person in Lafayette/Carencro to service your unit, get in touch with Mr. Kim!

Kim is amazing! He informed me of everything he was doing before he did it. When I called him, he came out right away, same day, and even told me over the phone what he thought the problem was. He's my go to person for sure!! 5 stars!

He came out to my house and DID NOT do anything to the unit. I don't recommend this person. I paid him and did not get a receipt. I feel like, paid his gas for coming to my house.

He came to our restaurant and said he cleaned the part that needed working on, even took a “before and after picture” but the after picture wasn’t even our AC unit! Then we had another AC guy come out and he said that this man did nothing. He showed a picture of what it was SUPPOSED to look like after and what ours actually looked like. This man is a fake and he lies on what he is supposed to do for your AC! DO NOT USE HIM.

Always very professional & explains everything that needs to be done before any repairs are done. I would recommend him to family & friends.
