Eddie and his crew (Joey, Will & John) arrived on time as requested with all of the equipment they needed. We reviewed the job one more time before they started. They removed my old HVAC unit, ran new wiring, replaced the duct work, programmed the smart thermostats and had everything back in operation in a day. My house has not been this comfortable in the 25 years we've lived in it. I can't say enough good about them. They "ROCK"!!! Thanks to Adapt Concepts.

We had another company come and check our ice machine and was told it was dead. When Adapt came out, our tech said yes, it’s about dead, but it didn’t have any Freon. He put in the Freon and now we at least have ice until the new unit arrives. Adapt saved us from having to buy 200 lbs of ice every day until we can get the money for a new machine. We really appreciated that and will let them install the new one!

Joey was on time, friendly, professional, and saved the day with our a/c. He was thorough with getting everything maintenanced and also found and fixed the issue with our a/c.
