I called Dalton’s around noon because my air conditioner was not cooling. The office manager said she would start a ticket and notify the technicians asap. The service technician showed up around 12:45. Ended up needing a new unit. By 3:30 the old unit (35 yrs old) was replaced with a new unit cooling the house once again, installed by competent technicians. These technicians have been with Dalton’s for many years, working very well together, I’ve always experienced quick responses and results whenever I’ve called Daltons.

Daltons should be your #1 A/c service provider, they are for me. they show up on time, they know what they are doing and are professional, respectful, and explain to you what your service needs are. The number one thing that will keep me using Daltons is YOU CAN TRUST THEM!

Wow- tech came out within an hour of calling, no nonsense great attitude, installed a nest in 10 min. Should call them instead of using google install service, had two wing nuts from google in my house for 4 hours trying to figure it out- thanks for your help and knowledge

I originally called to schedule a tune-up as we just bought a house. They arrived on-time (next morning as requested with a call prior to arrival). The technician was courteous, professional, and was able to answer the many questions I had. It's difficult to find a dependable company when you move to a new city, but we found the right one the first time and are looking forward to years of service with Dalton's.

4/24/18 The entire process of installing a new central heater and cooling coil was excellent. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and experienced. When the condenser fails I will call Dalton's to replace the unit. I am happy to recommend Dalton's.

I called them on a Sunday when my a/c went out. Jessie was there in 15 mins. He was very accommodating and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend Dalton’s to anyone.

I spent way too much time with my previous A/C guy trying to get him to show up when he said he would show up and to answer my phone calls and texts. There are not many people that work on Daikin mini-splits so I thought I was at the mercy of the installer.
FINALLY, I called Dalton's!
I made an appointment, they showed up when they said they would, did a great job of cleaning and checking for issues that led to my wall being saturated, gave me great advice for future maintenance, didn't make a mess even though it should have been a messy job, cleaned up after themselves as a professional should and the cost was right in line with what it should be.
I live 1200 miles away from Lafayette and have a friend living in my home. I can't tell you how I have stressed over trying to get my previous A/C guy to do what he said he would do.
With Dalton's I can relax and know that my A/C unit will be taken care of immediately with professionals that know what they are doing! THANK YOU!
