I HIGHLY recommend Capital City Comfort! I have used them for probably 3 years for complete installation, maintenance and minor repair. Response time is quick, they are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and remember to close the gate after accessing water to clean outdoor units, so dogs don’t escape. My neighbor used them as well for install. Dan is also a great resource if you need a referral for plumbing or construction projects.
When it’s time to replace my other 20 yr old unit, I will definitely choose them. Love how they explain all the details of HVAC.

I am extremely pleased and impressed with your company and service. So refreshing to NOT be "upsold" in to a contract or treated like a number. The main objective of franchise companies seems to be to tie you in to a maintenance plan rather than focus on the problem at hand. I've already called 4 different people and told them that I've finally found a company that operates like ALL of them used to - with your customer as your priority. Problem Sunday evening. Christian shows up Monday. Asks me problem details, starts investigating. Checks the system, replaces start capacitor, checks refrigerant and runs the unit, checks temperature performance. Christian then went ahead and cleaned the pan in the attic and flushed the drain line from the evaporator as preventive work since he was here. All in a little over an hour

After 50+ years in the real estate renovation business, I finally found the one and only company that I will ever use for any and all heat/cool necessities in the future. The professional approach covering all details, big and small, is perfect! For me, they have repaired systems with Freon, swapped a unit through a wall, and replaced 2 complete systems (first, second & third floor work) at my home, puzzled through design challenges, moved furniture, repaired a floor, secured cables and offered valued advice (unrelated to the job at hand), used drop clothes, carefully maneuvered through tight spaces with bulky, heavy equipment, left everything in tip top shape, working as it should. The company has also installed a system for my daughter requiring crawling underneath a property to run ducts, cut vents, and all the technical work needed for a central system in a brick stucco home that is almost 100 years old. They repaired equipment for my business with the same courteous professionalism. No worries with pricing either, as the honesty and fairness of the company is extended to their charges. I could not be more pleased and give the my highest recommendation.
