Our heat went out on Christmas Eve one of the coldest days this year. I called around and could not get anyone to come out until I called RAM. They were very nice and had someone come out right away. William Nelson was our tech and he was great. He fixed our issue and got our heat up and running very quickly. He was very friendly and very professional! I would definitely recommend RAM to anyone and we will use them from now on with any issues we have. Thank you again RAM!

My first experience with RAM was simply an estimate for pricing on a new air handler, I wasn't expecting the owner of the company to show up at my house! Fernie is a great guy and explained lots of information to me in layman's terms and delivered on his quote. When the "crew" showed up to install my new A/C unit, they were respectful of my space, my time and my home. They explained in great detail what they were doing and even gave me tips on increasing the life of my unit and how to ensure that it was the most energy efficient. As they were wrapping up, even more guys showed up for cleanup and to explain the thermostat programming options and best practices. I can't say enough about how impressed I was (and still am) with RAM Heating and Air Conditioning! They even secured financing for me with an awesome rate and a reasonable service contract and warranty! Bravo! Thanks Guys!

I rarely give reviews, but I felt compelled here because of the outstanding service. They were at my home within an hour of calling at a reasonable trip charge. The best part was the trustworthy technician, Tom. He was honest about what needed repair and what did not. He also took the time to answer my questions. I can honestly say RAM is now my go-to HVAC company, even if I have to wait in South Louisiana heat. At least I know I won’t have to sweat paying for unnecessary repairs or price gouging. Thank you, RAM! It’s nice to know there are still people and businesses with integrity.

RAM installed a completely new system in my old house, 10 years ago. It's been running fine ever since. Shannon comes out twice a year to give it a check up and he's always friendly and courteous. I've been very happy with RAM.

We have a service contract with Ram and have been impressed with their excellent service. Shannon found we needed freon in our larger unit and said we probably had a leak. Tom performed leak detection and found a small leak and fixed it. At a later date our small unit stopped operating and Mike came immediately on a weekend to replace the capacitor. All were professional, on time, knowledgeable and personable. We highly recommend Ram.

Phoned Ram Heating and Air out of the blue as a new customer and they responded the same day. The technician phoned someone that knew exactly what to do to fix our situation. It was very cold outside and our heat was not working due to the thermostat. They had it at least working same day and replaced the thermostat next day!! I cannot say enough good things about the technician or the person on the phone talking him through the situation. Ram was the 3rd Trane rep we called that day but the only one that knew what they were doing. They quoted a price and the price did not change one cent! And a few days later they sent us a Thank You note! Unbelievable, I would recommend Ram Heating and Air to everyone! You will not be disappointed!

Ram recently came out for a service call and diagnosed a cracked coil. They ordered the part and installed a few days later. They came on time, we’re very courteous, and even recommended that I replace the part rather replace the whole system. I was impressed with their honesty and work.

I had the outdoor compressor and evaporator coil replaced for three a/c units over the past 24 months. RAM did a very professional and thorough job replacing the units. They answered all my questions and explained everything that they were doing during the replacement process. The entire crew was friendly and very competent. I haven’t used them for routine maintenance of the units but I’m sure the maintenance crew is equally professional. I recommend them without any reservations.

I can not recommend RAM Heating and Air highly enough! They've done my maintenance service for two years now, and recently had to demo and install a brand new system, inside and out, bc my 1992 system died on me in July 2018! Every single time they have come to my house they are either on time or early. They are always professional, I have had absolutely no concerns about who I'm letting inside my home, and they clean up after themselves. They always try to educate me on the process so I know exactly what's happening. They hire the best! The Install went very smoothly! When they had to break the bad news to me that I needed a whole new system, they walked me through every step until I was comfortable. I shopped around, had 2nd and 3rd opinions on the problems and pricing, and I just kept coming back to them as the best service and value for the price. Make no mistake, a new system is expensive, no matter how you slice it, but RAM really has the best price in town.... I checked! The owner is an absolute no BS, stand up guy. I tried getting away with just repairing this, or repairing that, and he just gave it to me straight, which was hard to hear, but it was the truth. I honestly couldn't be happier with my experience, from the admin girls in the office to the techs, to the install guys, and will confidently recommend RAM Heating and Air to everyone!
