Capital City Comfort called ahead to ask if it would be OK for the tech to arrive early. Once there the tech was professional, polite, communicative, and eager to help. Awesome company and crew. The tech was on time. Few min early- yay for that. And after me telling him it wasn’t necessary for him to take his boots off he insisted due to not wanting to dirty my floors. Very polite and well mannered.
