Nothing I say could adequately sing the praises of this company. I contacted them, and they were at my door within an hour. They assessed the problem, fixed it, and performed preventative maintenance. They kept me informed the entire time and were extremely polite and professional.

We had the same issue several months before and utilized another service. They did 1/4th the work for 4 times the price. Needless to say, we aren't looking back. Capital City Comfort has a earned themselves a loyal customer. Thank you guys for doing a truly fantastic job.

Called to get service on my ac was told nothing till Monday and the receptionist help me out sent them right away at our age will can't be without ac . Thankful for their service I'm a customer for life . Thankful for Ace and another guy for coming out .

I am VERY satisfied and impressed by CCC, from dispatcher (Aimee) to first responder tech Dan to installation crew headed up by Tom. I called them around 9 am friday, Dan was there by 9:30! He confirmed system was shot (only 50 yrs old) and had me a quote by noon! I agreed to it and a crew arrived 8am monday! By 1:30pm they had replaced complete system including ducts. I am totally delightrd - and COOL and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

Update: not sure how long ago they replaced my system (a year?) but it is still performing flawlessly, quiet, cool (or warm) with nary a problem! I do need to have the leaves removed from my condensing unit, or do it myself, but that’s it. Very satisfied.

I had a new HVAC system installed during the summer. When the cold weather started, my system wasn’t heating as well as it should. I didn’t have any worries that Dan and Christian wouldn’t take care of me and get the system working correctly. I had upgraded from a 3 ton system to a 3.5 ton system. And I needed extra voltage for the heating elements. Christian got my system up and running…
I never felt worried…this company is extremely friendly and quickly resolves any issues. Choose them. You’ll be glad you did. Not only for a new system install but for continued maintenance.
