Thanks to Breaux's company I won't be sweating to death in the summer heat. Even though there were no appointments available they still found a few minutes to stop by and fill my AC with freon and get it running again. They also looked at other things that were not their particular field and directed me to people and businesses that could help.

I am very thankful for their help and the way they handled the situation. They provided quick and easy service and did not give me the run around for additional services or problems. straightforward people. Thanks!

Called them and had them out the next morning and they cleaned my ducts and did a great job before I would cough a lot now I breathe better they also cleaned my unit outside and inside I found that it blew colder and better. They got here was professional and nice the owner came out and made sure I was taking care of. I would call Breaux heating and air again and I will tell more people about them so do yourself a favor make the call.

Amazing! Billy took the time after hours, me being on west coast and he on central , over FaceTime helped me diagnose my Nest issues, thermostats issues and help me rule out isssues! Far more better service than I get out here in LA! I will hire Billy to replace my entire AC system this year!

I know and have done business with this company. The owner is a stellar individual. I've not seen much complain worthy. There is an obvious attempt at attention to detail, attention to customers, and speed, fairness and accuracy. I would recommend this business for anyone who lives in the Baton Rouge area.

The owner of the company cleaned dirt from a/c and told my wife it was mold, broke the float switch and said we needed a new one, ruined our ceiling with water and blamed the homeowners, charged for adding freon to the unit but supposedly added it in the upper unit(401 freon tank not used in residential units), oh and freon is added outside not in the attic like they did... Have pictures of the owner breaking my a/c on sat. Then coming back with the part monday afternoon to "fix" it. If i wouldnt have put it back together my wife and newborn wouldnt have had a/c all weekend. Billy Breaux is a weasel.
All that needed to be done was cleanout the drain, instead this dishonest bussines owner took us for an expensive ride. Do yourself a favor and call anyone but DON'T call BREAUX'S A/C!

We have a heat pump - American Standard - 5 ton system - it is amazing - even helped our electric bill decrease! It works great - no issues at all - thank you!!!

These guys did everything they could to help me out when I was turned down by several other companies. They not only let me come to his house to get the parts to fix my ac but also give me a $300 meter to check out my voltage input to motor home

Nice to see a company not trying to take advantage of me. I called them to come fix my AC He told me it was a minor issue and charged me a reasonable price to fix it. He was a very kind young man.
