Arc Electric, Air Conditioning and Heating

Our central air went out today and called one company, who came and stated that the whole system needed to be replaced, for a total of $6200. Had used ARC Electric before, they came, and said that there just were some minor issues with the compressor and bearings, and ended up fixing the system for around $400. Very honest company, whom I would highly recommend!

They whole team was helpful, friendly, understanding, and professional. The repair was done correctly and fast. I highly recommend ARC. I’m calling them next to look at my furnace.

I can not say enough nice things about ARC and particularly Brent! Our a/c went out and other companies told us it would be 2 weeks to come out..ARC was out within an hour. Brent took the time to explain what happened, fixed the issue and gave us recommendations for follow-up service. He was very nice and professional. I have a HVAC member in the family but will be using ARC from now on!! Thank you!!

We found out that we needed an electrician in the middle of a kitchen remodel. The timing was important. They sent Nate out right away and he did a great job. He was very friendly and thorough.

Asked them to come in for a bid on HVAC. Came and looked at the house quickly. It's been over 2 weeks yet we haven't heard anything from them. We've even followed up with them. The guy who we worked with said he would call the next day...of course no phone call. Needless to say we wont be doing ANY business with them. Horrible customer service skills.

The 2 employees of ARC electric did good work. However, in the course of completing that work, one of the gentlemen borrowed a tool from me. When the work was completed & I was cleaning up after they left, I realized that the borrowed tool was missing. I immediately called & was told that it was mistakenly taken with them & would be returned. It was not. I called again 2 days later & explained that the tool was my Dad's & he has since passed on. I was told the tool would be returned. It was not. I called again & was again told that the tool would be returned. It was not. The next day I found a box from a tool company at my doorstep with a new tool. While this was a nice gesture, I would prefer to have the tool my father used. There are memories associated with that tool. I called to explain this & was told that my tool would be returned. It has been almost a month. It has not been returned. So while the work was done was very good, the hassles & loss of a treasured memory has been less than appreciated.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I took off work today to have my furnace serviced. They had an arrival window from 12-4 P.M. They did not even have the decency to call me and let me know they will not make it today. It’s like they forgot about my scheduled appointment. I highly recommend never using this company! They do not even deserve one star.

Trustworthy established family business that is customer oriented. Open always to give helpful advice over the phone at any time day or night. They try to fix the problem at reasonable prices.

I needed them for an electrical repair at my home. They responded immediately. The technicians were excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Arc for a wonderful job.

They are a great, and honest company, that does what needs to be done. I am happy that I can call them up and have a team that I can rely on for my heating and cooling needs.
