ARC did amazing work for us at a competitive rate. We purchased an older home and as we were preparing to move in, we kept uncovering issue after issue, including some major electrical problems. ARC was able to instal a new panel and upgrade the service for in record time at an unbeatable price and were willing to work with us and our budget. If you’re looking for a company to beat the big box guys, look no further! Everyone we have spoken with has been nothing but helpful and communicative. They’ve got our business for as long as we’re in the area!!

They had the part on the truck. I did call early, within a few minutes at the start of their day, but they had a HVAC tech to the house within 2 hours. Repair wasn't expensive either, under $300. For heat the same day you call, I didn't feel price gouged.

I called to request furnace repair and the technician arrived minutes later! He fixed the problems, two of which were caused by one of the "big name" companies. Do yourself a favor and call ARC Electric first. I was extremely impressed.

Called on a Wednesday mid-afternoon and was told that unfortunately they would not be able to get out until Friday because of a busy schedule. But suddenly later that afternoon Mike showed up (he had finished another job ahead of schedule) and was able to repair our AC quickly. He was friendly and professional, explained everything and took the time to answer questions. The charge was reasonable and I would use them again.

Our A/C stopped blowing on one of the hottest days of the summer. I called Arc at about 9 PM for an emergency repair. The man who answered explain what he believed with the issue was and had me turn off the air, but turn on the fan to melt ice that was on the inside of the unit that we could not see. He said he would send someone in the morning, because there was nothing they could do until the ice melted. The next morning I got a call that they were on the way, and the service man showed up timely and worked on the furnace. He talked to my husband about what he was doing, what caused the problem, and what we need to do better. I really appreciated the quick response the professionalism and the help from this company. I really appreciated that they took the time to talk to me the night before to start working on the problem. I highly recommend this company due to their knowledge, quick response, professionalism, and honesty!!

After using Arc Electric for many years, I was initially disappointed simply because they don’t seem very responsive to requests to service their own installations - I’m not certain if that’s the office staff not following thru with technicians or the company simply not wanting the work. That being said, after our requests for service were ignored, we reached out to another company who responded Immediately and scheduled an appointment within 12 hours of the request. Now, I’m even more dismayed as we have discovered that Arc had installed a 2 stage unit, along with a 2 stage thermostat (costing us considerably more than single stage), but only wired it out as single stage. This is now being remedied by the company who DID respond to our request for service. We will no longer be utilizing or recommending Arc’s services.

When your electric goes out and you have over 10 components that are reliable on it, you tend to panic. On top of that you are 9 hours away, this is a problem. With a single call to Arc Electric they were on site and there until we had everything restored. Thanks from all at PeeWee’s Place!!!

I called ARC in the morning and Dan was there within a 1/2 hour. Dan did a wonderful job! He figured out the problem right away, drove to get the part, and got my furnace working again with no issues. It's been 4 weeks and still no problems. Dan was friendly, efficient, and thorough!

My wife and I needed to update the electric at our house in Erlanger and called Arc for an estimate. They sent Fred and Jeff out the same day to check out the needed repairs. The job required a new service line installed and a new breaker box. Also to be up to code, the meter had to be moved outside. The entire job only took one day and a couple of hours the next day and the cost was much less than we expected. Thanks to Jeff, Fred, Tony and Doris for all the help! It was a great experience from start to finish.
