Arc Electric, Air Conditioning and Heating

Electric went out for half of my daughter’s house. Called ARC Electric and they got there very quickly. Problem was quickly diagnosed as an outside connection from the pole. Preston was very knowledgeable and professional. The cost to fix the problem was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend these folks.

I needed them for an electrical repair. They responded in couple days. The technicians were excellent and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you Arc for an awesome job.

Had a team of 3 guys come out to my house this morning. They installed 2 new ceiling fans, fixed the wiring on a bathroom exhaust fan gone wrong and put it on a new separate switch, and they fixed a bathroom outlet that was not working. They did a great job, made sure everything was completed the way I wanted, and definitely went above and beyond my expectation. I will definitely use them again when I replace the other fixtures and fix the remaining electrical issues in the house.

The kindness and knowledge of ARC’s technicians have made us regular customers. However, we will no longer be giving them our business due to the incompetence of their office staff. It has taken multiple follow ups with them to be given a service date and they were no shows when the service date arrived. Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional in following up, we have been hung up on and cut off multiple times. Disappointed to say we will no longer be a regular customer.

Scheduled a service appointment for the next day to repair some issues. Yes, the system is old and it did get repaired until we can get a whole new system, hopefully before winter arrives this year. Technician was great in fixing the multiple issues, but could have just repaired the problem without insulting us and the previous owners. I called Arc while the technician was still there for a quote on a whole new system and never heard back from them. It's been 2 days when they said they would call me back the same day.

This has been THE WORST EXPERIENCE that I have ever had with someone. They have come out 4 times to do a job that they can't seem to get right. I still have a hole in my ceiling for a fan and wires hanging. The hole is 2 inches too deep. The last time they came, I was handed a plastic shield and told to put it up when the fan was installed. I have been charged each time they come out to FIX the job that they were originally hired for. They leave trash and pieces of wire or the punch outs from the panel all over the floor. Instead of installing an electric outlet for a microwave, they left wires hanging out of the wall and complained about the cabinet hangers supposed to install the outlet. They are not the folks you want. Do not use them and if you do, expect to be treated disrespectfully and charged a lot for it. I wish I could post the pictures so you could see for yourself.

The electricians are so outstanding! Polite, concerned about my electricial issues and questions, very personable and always do excellent work. They clean up after themselves!! Their work is outstanding and I will always call them for their dependable and trustworthy service.

I recently had Arc Electric get my furnace working and also diagnose an electrical problem I had with low voltage. They came in a timely manner, knew exactly what the problem was in both cases and had me back to normal quickly and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this company and its employees.

Ken did an excellent job on our air conditioner. He found the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. We will definitely call again when needed and I recommend them. They do good work. Thanks so much. 4/20/2015
