This is the second time we've used Shifflett HVAC and both times were great experiences. A family member of ours used Shifflett too and they are very pleased. In July of 2022, our ac was failing due to its age of 20+years. We contacted Justin late one Friday afternoon and he arrived Saturday morning promptly. Justin provided several options and we chose to replace the ac and furnace. The equipment was ordered and installed within days! Justin and his crew were very knowledgeable and did a super job getting our new equipment installed and had us up and running within the same day. Justin was vey responsive to all my calls and messages. Shifflett HVAC offered the best price by far and did not undersized the unit and even set up the Wi-Fi thermostat for me. Justin completed our warranty paperwork on line and emailed me verification prior to leaving the job site. We're completely satisfied and would recommend Justin Shifflett to anyone. He's dependable, affordable and honest with no hidden fees.

Justin and his crew are some of my most trusted service providers. He always goes above and beyond to do right by his customers. Lots of HVAC companies want to push new systems on people, but Justin will spend a little extra time and go the extra mile to repair it if it is possible. Justin is a trustworthy christian man and does work for my investment properties as-well as my personal home. Highly Recommend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Had whole new system installed by Shifflett in 2020 and have been having issues ever since. Water was leaking from my upstairs through down stairs ceiling (more than once) during the summer months. Contacted Shifflett (Justin) and nothing ever got repaired. He even promised to replace our new light fixture that got ruined because the work wasn’t fixed properly (although he didn’t have to,,BUT he said he would, BUT of course did not replace it.) We have multiple text messages from him saying certain things that never got accomplished. I truly don’t want anyone getting ripped off like we did. Justin also stopped answering our text messages and would not return our phone calls. I can still go on but I will leave it at that!

Our general contractor for a home addition used this company for electrical and HVAC. Most days (if they showed up) it would be later afternoon and they’d work for a couple of hours and go home. The HVAC was moved and when it was re-wired there were coupled wires left on the ground exposed to the elements. I had to fix at least four wall plugs that were sunken too far into the wall and so they were not flush with the plates. Numerous other issues but I will not get into them all. After the addition was complete and all that was left was to run HVAC ductwork into the addition, the company would not respond to texts, phone calls, etc. to tell us if/when they were coming to finish the job. Very unresponsive. Contractor ended up firing Shifflett and did the work themselves. I would not recommend this company.
