The service man was very friendly and knew what he was doing. Had a hard time finding someone that would service my boiler unit. He understood the system and how to repair it.

We had a great experience with Hype. Had a service repair schedule for Monday and within the hour received a call that they had a person that could be there today around 1:30. Not only was Dale on time and a good ole country boy he did a great job in getting our repair done. It was also great to hear about his family and the connections with Boones Butcher Shop. If we have any needs in the future we will call Hype and see if Dale can come back out. Awesome customer service and great talking with him.
