Martin & Sons have been nothing but exceptional to work with. Brant provided wonderful service, he was efficient and made sure everything was in working order before he left. I would highly recommend Martin & Sons to anyone with HVAC needs.

Our old HVAC system was not cooling and I called Martin and Son to look at the coolant level. We added some freon and then determined it had a leak. After seeing my options I decided to replace the whole unit. All of this was on a Monday after the Holiday weekend. They responded asap that day and were prompt and professional. Jerry and Brent were honest and fair with us the whole time. They are great to work with on service and their prices. I will definitely call them again and recommend them to anyone for HVAC needs.

Called them for a second opinion after Bryant's heating and air quoted us 850 plus labor for a "fried control panel"... They came and looked at it. Control panel was fine and fixed a transformer in 20 minutes for 120. These guys are honest and saved us a ton of money.

I have used them on 4 🏠. fayette heating and air quoted me $1,800. Jerry Martin fixed it for $232.00. they won't sell you a new unit unless you absolutely need it. I trust him 100%!!

Had problems with my air conditioner and asked for an estimate. Jerry went out and said we just needed to put in a new filter and charged me $100+ and two weeks later it is still not working. Will never use them again. Rip off!!!

Horrible customer service. Spent $6000 3 years ago. Have had repair issues every year. Issues with timely responses to phone calls and texts as well. Was told high dollar jobs were basically more important and Name calling resulted. Not good at all.
