Outside AC unit was frozen and not heating our home. Semones said they would arrive same day and later as promised they called ahead to let me know Brandon was on his way. Upon arrival he performed some checks and started defrosting the unit. After additional checks he replaced an inexpensive part, completed the repair, verified the unit was running properly and filled out a service order/bill. The charge was very reasonable. Great work and Thank you for the repair.
Great service at reasonable prices!!!!. Our heat pump lost all refrigerant due to a fractured pipe and the heating system was running 24 hours trying to keep the house warm. Another local contractor wanted $150.00 just to come out and inspect the system. Semones came out at no charge, diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the issue, provided a quote and advised of any other charges that may occur if additional components needed replacement. The tech was back 2 days later, performed all service and the final bill was 25% less than original quote. I would recommend Semones to anyone needing service on their HVAC system
Semones have been great to us! We chose them over all the other hvac providers after meeting with them. They installed our new hvac both ac and heat and did a terrific job! Best of all is their service! We heard some strange noises coming from our ac and they were quick to respond the same day as I had placed the call! Tremendous customer service! You get what you pay for and so much more with them! I recommend them to ANYONE in need of their services. Thank you for the service you provide semones.
We have used them before and they were okay, but this past experience was ridiculous. Called and asked them to come out when our air conditioning went out during late May. Downstairs unit didn't seem to be working, but upstairs appeared to be. So was told it would be a week before they could come out. Okay, it's late Spring/Summer, I get that they are busy. Wanting to support a local business I said fine, we can wait a week. They call a week later on Mon. stating they have a tech who can be out in 10 min. They're "working us in." (after waiting a week???) I work in Frankfort so was not home and could not be home in 10 min. My husband works nights and was sleeping. Little chance I would be able to call and get him up. I explained all this and asked if they could give us a time later in the day or later this week so we could arrange for one of us to be there to wait for the tech. I was told if they did that it would be another week!!! Are you serious, after we already waited a week? When I first called, I was told we were being put on the schedule. Apparently not. What are we supposed to do, just put our lives on hold and take off work just in case they can show up. Extremely poor customer service! And you are liars as well based on your response below. I was absolutely told NONE of those things. Someone is trying to CTA because that simply did not happen. I was told you would be out the beginning of the week. I was asked when was the best time to reach me. That was it! I assumed any professional service would call well ahead of when they would come out. I called Bryant in Lexington and they gave me a time span of 12-3 for THIS afternoon, not two weeks from now. THAT'S professionalism.
Company didn't do a thorough maintenance check of my system. They didn't check the thermostat or go in my attic. So on Monday when the temperature dropped. My axillary heat didn't come on. Keeping story short, I contacted the company and they only thing they stated was "What do you want me to do?". For starters, I refund or at least an apology. Bad business.
Smelled something burning and right away my heater stopped working. Brandon Peel arrived on time the next day and got right to work. He wore covers on his boots and did a great job of explaining the repair. I got heat now.
We had our unit go out this week. I called Semones Heat and Air to come and look at our unit. Like most hope it was just something minor but, NO. Philip and Chris Semones came and looked at our situation and we all agreed it was beyond it's life and would have to be replaced.
I can't say how much it meant that these guys jumped in and replaced everything with a new air handler system in less than 8 hours working non-stop in 90 degree temps. Thanks guys as always for making time for my family. The Wrights.
Our furnace sropped working on the weekend and they came out and found our the problem quickly. They were very professional and promptly installed the part s. They are the only we use.
