We first reached out to Ernie to complete a maintenance check on our two systems as we had just bought the home a year ago. He scheduled us for that week, arrived on time and was extremely professional knowledge. I was also very trusting in Ernie's recommendations and his honesty throughout explaining everything. He even followed later to ensure the unit he performed maintenance on was still working properly. You don't find that often with businesses anymore. Fast forward....we woke up to our down stairs being extremely hot. I messaged Ernie early, like 7:30am early. By 8:15 he was already sending me a message confirming he had fixed the issue that some other workers (bathroom remodel) had caused. Needless to say I am incredibly impressed and pleased with the service we have received. 5 stars isn't enough. You won't go wrong with giving him your business.

I have a home warranty. Choice. They were unable to find anyone. After 24 hrs they allow you to look for your own. I saw Joseph’s add on Facebook and Messaged him. He called and said he is on his way. We were 3 days of No air. House was up to 88 degrees. We had both Grand children. They were sick. Coughing and I don’t know what I would have done. He came out on a Hot Sunday. Father’s Day and took care of it. No local co responded till Monday. Above and beyond service. Thank You to Joseph’s.

Have to say disappointed after 30+ years of our family using Joseph they decide to not to service residential homes. And that’s fine, business is business, but it would have been a nice gesture to let your customer base know in advance so they can find another company to service them. Not find out when our system is down and 90 degree heat.

Had been unable to get "my guy" to respond & fix our AC. Called Ernie after checking a reference and comments. Showed at the house a couple of hours later and got unit up and running during lunch hour, thanks Ernie!
