Ernie and his crew were super helpful! Our unit wasn’t working and then he gave some maintenance tips to get it fixed without replacing it. He was VERY gracious and we will call him when we need to replace it!

Let me tell you, this guy is very professional, detailed, knowledgeable & quick to respond. I needed to convert 2 units into one, he was able to drill a hole, put new duct work & fully insulate it. Even though I had some corners(I think it is called like that) that were broken, he replaced them without charging me extra. Did the job in the 4 days he said he would. Yeah, he is pricey, but you get what you pay for. I am very happy with his work, would recommend him & wonder consider him myself again if I need other related work.

After severe storm damage, Joseph's helped us out tremendously by quickly submitting an estimate to our insurance and replacing our crushed unit. They were courteous, knowledgeable and kind during a stressful time.

I had another company install 2 HVAC units in this 1.5 yr old house and all of the sudden upstairs AC wasn’t working. Called the original company to come out and they said it would be over a week to get someone out. Called Josephs and they were here the next day and diagnosed a leak and no refrigerant in the upstairs unit in less than 30 mins. Cant say how grateful I am for their quick response and diagnosis.
