I found a problem with the fan motor on my AC unit. I called Joseph's heating and air at 6:30am expecting an answering service that early. Ernie answered the phone and was here before 7am. Instead of replacing the fan motor l expected to be bad, he replaced the capacitor. The motor was fine. Very nice guy. Outstanding experience.
