I hired William L Brewer & Son Heating & Air Conditioning to install a complete HVAC system. They were number 8 of 8 companies I received quotes from. I felt that Brian was honest and gave genuine advice when he came to look at what I needed. As owner of a family built and operated small business myself, I felt Brewer’s had built their business on the same principal that we had, treat people right, give them a fair price plus quality work and you will have a customer for life.

There were a few hiccups the first day but Brian stepped up and did the right thing. The first thing he did was apologize and to me that is the first thing a customer should hear from anyone they do business with if there is a problem. Then he assured me he would fix the problem and he did. The office manager, Carol, ( his wife) called the next morning apologizing for the day before and she assured me everything would be made right. In the end it was made right!

They went above and beyond what I expected and I am totally happy with my new system and the service I received from William L Brewer & Son Heating & Air Conditioning. They will be my HVAC service company for all my future needs and I will refer them to anyone I know needing service or repair for their heating and air.

I had a glowing experience with this company. Especially after going through the ringer with larger companies. I had an AC system installed, got an excellent system for a great price (Trane XR series). I finally found my go to HVAC company. The installation was done exactly how I hoped, the techs did an excellent job installing the unit, as well as running my refrigerant lines and condensation lines. Will be using them in the future and recommending them to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Absolutely amazing service! They came out the same day I called and very quickly found the problem and fixed it quickly. They didn't try to sell us anything and even told us our very old machines are doing great and keep them running as long as we can! Wonderful people who just want to help! Thank you so much!

I will be using this company for all of my future HVAC needs and I would recommend this company for anyone else. We had two companies come and give us quotes for repair or replacement of our AC Unit before Brewer & Son. Both companies tried to overcharge me by several thousand dollars and repeatedly told me there was no option other than to replace our AC unit. As soon as I started working with this company, I knew I could trust them. Their pricing was 100% fair and they also use very high quality products. They gave me a very affordable repair option that would last through a summer or two, and a replacement option. I chose to replace the AC unit because the pricing was much better than I had been told before and I knew they would provide top tier service. They helped me with all of my questions throughout the process and were extremely transparent. They had even fixed a wiring issue/safety concern that another company had done without my knowledge. As a first-time homeowner, I am very grateful for the peace of mind this company gave me. I will be calling them for annual servicing and any future HVAC needs.

Honest, trustworthy, local HVAC company. I will not use anyone else. They have fixed two issues this year on both of my houses and showed-up when they were suppose too and handle the issue same day at under costs estimated. Five stars in my book for HVAC in the Louisville, KY area.

It is so nice to have a Family Business there whenever you need them. Gosh I have mentioned on Facebook I was needing a new A/C and furnace and I got a reply within an hour that they would be in contact with me Monday. In July I hardly used my air due to my old air conditioner wa not cooling. I only turned it on when desperate. You can see from my LG&E bill how much it has impacted my electric bill. Yeah!!!!! My new Nest thermostat and new A/C is already paying off. Plus I can set it at a lower temperature and still have a cheaper bill. With Covid 19 I am working from home. So I am using A/C 24/7. You guys rock

I have used Brewer and Sons for all of our heating and air conditioning needs. They are always on time and their customer service is great! When we purchased our house years ago Mr. Brewer identified our HVAC issues and presented us with different fixes with different price ranges to meet our needs. When we finally decided to replace our whole system they did all the work and did a fantastic job. Currently we are finishing our basement and Mr. Brewer is the only contractor that I didn’t get three estimates from. He ran new duct work, and fixed issues with the runs that were pre-existing. I feel like the work he does for me is what he would do in his own home and his prices are very reasonable. I can trust him to honest and give a fair price. (Side note: during COVID they have always worn masks without being asked and have never made me uncomfortable in the least.) I highly recommend using them for any and all heating and air conditioning needs! Everyone has been wonderful to work with!

Let me tell you what William L. Brewer Heating and Air Conditioning has done for my family. First, they have installed heating/cooling for me, my son and several friends that I have recommended to them. Their prices are great and their service is beyond excellent. My dad’s thermostat seemed off - very warm in his house. The Brewer Co. came out and even though at first sight it looked like the thermostat was reading things correctly, they did not leave until the problem was located. Much farther down the wires. He is now quite comfortable. My mom had an issue also with her system. She had just gotten back from the nursing home and my step-father was dealing with terminal cancer. If anyone deserved to be comfortable it was them. Brewer was there within hours and took care of it. Then once my step-father passed they came back out to move the thermostat so my mom could reach it! It is just a great company!!
