Phenomenal. Absolutely Phenomenal. The air conditioner went out Friday late afternoon. The technician came out within 2 hours, and it was fixed before 11 the following morning only because he didn't happen to have the motor that matched my unit. Ray was professional and extremely helpful. I'm hoping I don't need them in the future because I'm cheap, but if I do, these guys are who I'm calling. I'm so impressed.

We have used the Maintenance Dept for several fixes and they always go above and beyond. Luke is incredibly talented and has the utmost integrity. He is our “go-to” guy for any HVAC concerns and he should be yours too!

A tree took out my AC unit when a wind storm came through. Luke is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the different system options available. He also worked with my insurance company to complete the claim process.

The install crew was professional, polite, and right on time. Install happened on a very rainy, muddy day, but the technicians left my space just as they found it (maybe cleaner TBH) I had a great experience! Now I just have to get used to having such an efficient HVAC system.

My compressor Exploded, causing my tenant to be without AC for a while after trying many warranty companies to come and do their job, I called Luke and he was there right away to come and check it out and see. After a few tries of the warranty company to cover it they refused how many excuses why they can’t, however Luke was able to work with me and give me the best offer in order to get the AC running again so that my tenant can have a cold air. After his team did the work my tenant called me and told me how well they did their job and how fast they got it done. He was so impressed by them by their hard work really appreciate it, Thank you for doing a great job.

They were so kind and treated us as family. They really went above and beyond to take good care of us. I highly recommend The Maintenance Department. They would not let you down.

Our furnace bit the dust prematurely, which is unfortunate. But Luke walked us through our option from repair to replacement and the associated timelines. We opted to take the opportunity to upgrade as we had been experiencing significant temp differentials in our house. We opted on Luke’s recommendation to downsize our system and went with an inverter unit. Since replacing (which was done promptly and professionally!), we have seen our temp differentials eliminated and a much MUCH more consistently comfortable home.

Luke does the work - he makes sure he’s putting in the right sized unit and giving you a couple of reasonable price points for system installs. If you want a home environment that’s comfortable and an HVAC that’s appropriate for your needs, then Luke and his team are the people to go to.

I can’t recommend Luke and The Maintenance Department highly enough! They have been very responsive and timely with responding to the issues we’ve had with our HVAC system. If you’re looking for honest and reliable HVAC professionals for your home or commercial business, then look no further! They are absolutely great to work with!

The Maintenance Department was extremely easy to work with and got our whole HVAC system replaced in a day for much less than the other quote we got from one of the big heating/cooling companies in town. All their employees were extremely kind and personable, people I was more than comfortable being in and out of my house with my daughter running around. They left our storage room exactly the way they found it, except with a shinny new furnace in it! We had a great experience and have already told several friends to use them without hesitation. The owner, Luke, went above and beyond for us and we are so happy with our experience as well as enjoying our new AC!

Luke and his crew are awesome. Friendly, professional, and quick to reply to messages. The Maintenance Dept does not over charge to cover advertising cost. Its customers like me, who will tell all their friends and family in the area, that will keep their schedule full. Why pay for big names who treat you like a number. Get a better price for a person who sees and treats and serves you like a customer.

I'm so happy with the work this company does. They came out quickly when my furnace started acting up, got things fixed, and gave me several options to choose from. I had them replace my furnace and ac and clean the duct-work. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves and communicating with me along the process. Highly recommended!
