I have been using Magnolia Home Comfort for my HVAC needs for several years now and will only use them. Luke Peterson operates this business with honesty and integrity. He will not attempt to sell you something you do not need. He and his employees will accurately, professionally, and swiftly identify the problem with your system, inform you of your options, fix it, and stand by their work. Late last season the fan died on my condenser unit. They came out and fixed it up in a jiffy. This season the fan died again. I expected there was a broader problem with the system and that I would need to replace the whole unit. Luke assessed the problem, noted that the fan was still the issue, replaced the fan again and decided to pursue the warrant issue on the fan for me. He did this at no cost to me the same day I spoke to him. Luke could have tried to sell me a whole new system and I probably would have bought it, but he did the right thing by telling me honestly what the problem was and fixing it at no cost to me. These days an honest man is hard to come by. I trust Luke and those he employs at Magnolia Home Comfort and could not be more pleased by the care my home has received from them. If you have HVAC needs I can not recommend Magnolia Home Comfort more highly.

Luke was out within a couple hours of my call and quickly found the problem and solution and even cleaned out the buildup of leaves inside the unit. I would recommend his company and him to anyone. Thank you!!
