AC out one of the hottest days in Ky. Murrys was here to fix in about 3 hours. Replaced a part. Repairman, Travis did a fine job. He was very professional and respectful. Thank you!!!!

Used to be great. I mean awesome. But they and many other small companies have been bought out by a larger company. And that company tried to rip off my Mom. I would NOT recommend them now that they have been sold.

We woke up to a cold house on Sunday. Murry's promptly arrived at our house and diagnosed our gas furnace issue. We were dreading to hear "you need a new furnace" BUT it was a rare issue with a specific part. Jody left to get the part and quickly returned to fix our furnace.

Murry's went above and beyond to provide GREAT service with honesty and care for our comfort. We have dealt with other HVAC companies in the past and we did not receive this kind of service... EVER!!!

After being told by Bryant Heating and air I needed to replace my furnace and pay almost $5k for a very basic gas furnace I was put in contact with Murray’s heating and air. Jody was very profesional, got to us extremely quickly, and made sure our issue was resolved that same day. If you want to deal with good, honest people call Murray’s.

Murrys was the right call. We were unhappy with the company we had before. So we called Murrys. They came out quick. Replaced my unit that well past it’s prime. Financing was easy and I was happy with the options. The work was clean and my AC works better than it ever has. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was the way I wanted it. They worked hard in the heat and did it with a smile on their faces. Honest company. fast service. Glad we called.

Unlike the paid reviewers and Murry's extended family reviews, mine will be truthful as an actual customer. I cannot and will not recommend this company. After 3 years and over $3000 I still do not have a properly working dependable central air unit.

I called in the middle of winter. House was cold. I know nothing about heat and air. If they had told me I needed a new unit I would have been at their mercy. Cleaned a sensor and charged less than 75 bucks. Love their honesty
